Great stay, highly recommend. Loved the spa facilities.

Traveled to Chamonix for some needed time in the mountains. The location is excellent. It’s right next to the lift to Aguillue du Midi and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The included breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of options. The pool area was a great way to relax after hiking. It has two steam rooms, a sauna, a cold room, and a cold plunge in addition to a swimming pool. There is no air conditioning and our room was hot in the afternoon. If you visit earlier in the summer it won’t be a problem. Also it cooled off every evening after sunset. The provided fan brought in fresh alpine air. Most importantly we could see Mont Blanc from our balcony, which will inspire future trips to the area.

We loved everything about this hotel. It was clean and comfortable, tha staff was so welcoming and helpful. Location is amazing !

Not many words to describe this say other than the Hotel and town was like sitting in a film set. The best experience of our lives.

Fabulous location and welcome oasis

Very nice hotel with friendly staff next to Aiguille du Midi cable car station and short walking distance from the Chamonix town center. I might had missed it, but I don’t think the rooms have air condition.

Very happy with my stay. Used the spa, enjoyed breakfast and had a lovely view. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel paid for itself. The staff goes above and beyond Tanzer all the tourist weird questions. We are doing the TMB. The Tour Dumont Blanc, but lost our hiking sticks to TSA. The hotel borrowed them and kept our luggage for free for two weeks. Pretty sweet.

It’s warm in Switzerland in the summer and more fans or a screen on the door would have been ideal but overall it was fabulous!

Awesome hotel in a great location. Staff was helpful in answering questions and helping us figure out travel options, couldn’t be happier having this hotel as our starting and ending point for hiking the TMB and exploring Chamonix.

It has been our home away from home. We stayed here before and after our TMB trekking.

Due to the Spa access times we were not allowed to go into the pool during the afternoon with our children. They’ve been very unfriendly and rude about it. On the second day of our stay we got kicked out of the pool. When talking to the staff at the reception about us being asked to leave they were completely overwhelmed and again not very friendly. Elevator was also not functioning well.

Promoted as family friendly but not. Under 13 cannot use the pool for most of the day. This effectively excludes the family. Room not ready at check in time. No explanation. Not a “spa”. No facilities. Food very stodgy. Attic room ceiling too low for anyone over 5”6. Hit head many times! Overall not a lot going for this hotel.

Great location with easy walking to town and lots of restaurants and shops. Great hiking and biking area. Both restaurants on the property are very good.

Great central location, friendly staff, and quiet room. Spa was nice, parking was 10€\24 hours, underground and secure.

Spent two days celebrating my wife’s birthday and I can round the whole weekend up in one word Amazing!!

Came here for a few days as the first leg of our family vacation. The staff was very helpful and the place was so clean. Our rooms were comfortable and clean as well. Despite being close to the gondola, the area is very quiet but has a great location. Definitely recommend this.

Beautiful hotel and very well kept. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby and the spa. Literally on the plaza for the Aguille du Midi.
