Start to finish great experience! The staff was welcoming and the food was fantastic. Pool entertainment was fun. Beach was clean. We took an excursion (horseback riding, boat ride and trip to the waterfall) set up by the staff in the lobby and it was an unforgettable experience. The sushi restaurant onsite was phenomenal!

Very old property

I recently stayed at this resort and had a wonderful time. My personal concierge. Isaury De La Santos was the best part. He was kind friendly and helpful. The only negative was the toilets. You can not use toilet paper in the toilets so that was a surprise but it only took a minute to adjust. The entertainment is great and you must eat at the Asian spot Tamara. Awesome time!!!!

It was an average property at best. Met some nice people and the staff was friendly... to me, but totally ignored my wife during our entire stay. Not once did they acknowledge her or talk with her. The lack of English speakers was very different than the other three resorts we've stayed in in the DR. Food was the same every day. Horrible service at both buffets. Took forever to get drinks and refills. I know they can't do anything about it, but it was disappointing that the water was so murky. Not what people want to see in the Caribbean. Poor explanation of the sister property up the beach. Didn't even know about it until our last day. Limited room service menu. For the price we could have stayed at a much nicer resort closer to the airport.

Great staff

I really enjoyed staying that this resort. My best friend & i took a long weekend trip here and we had an amazing time. The staff really went above and beyond to create a memorable experience for us; They are amazing.

Luis at the front desk was outstanding! Any time we needed something he was always there to help. We also LOVED the entertainment staff. They were so friendly and welcoming every day!

Friend got sick from the food. Also need different food not the same thing everyday. Need more activities

This was one of the best vacation experiences I have ever had. I travel the world and hands down, I was involved with this property. As a solo woman traveler, I felt so safe. The property was well lit, everyone was kind and helpful! Already planning my trip back!

Absolutely beautiful resort!

Loved the food. Employees are very nice. Only thing I didn’t like was that there were jellyfish in the beach. Got stung twice. Do not get into the beach. Wish there was more light in the hallways. A little dark. Other than that it was very nice and fun.

Location from Punta Cana airport. Didn't realize it was far. When I saw hotel information it said 25 minutes from airport, but didn't state which one. I should have done more research.

My traveling companion had bed bug bites all over her legs the day we left. We reported to management and they didnt seem to care.

We really enjoyed the resort. If you guys can be more transparent about the availability with the dining options listed ? Top notch resort at that point.

My complain is regarding the department of Food and beverages. Food was terrible, the quality was very poor (meat, fish, desserts, etc., and the drinks were the worst. Everything I asked to drink, except water, was like 70% water and 30% for the rest (mojito, pina colada, wine, etc.). Restaurants air conditioner was like nothing. Room I reserved was very good. Workers were very nice and friendly.

This was the worst experience I ever received in a hotel. When I arrived to the hotel it took 4 hours to check me into a room. The hallways smelt like mold. The hotel did not have activities for people who spoke English. The pool closed extremely earlier everyday. The first night my room door stopped working and I spent 4 hours outside my room. The technician had to climb the balcony from The outside to get in the room. The next day I had to speak to 3 different people just to get my room changed. I couldn’t even leave my room because I would get locked out again. I was there with my females friends and the desk person was harassing them and kept going to their room, when they clearly stated to be left alone. The check in process he was standing in their room for more than a hour. We had to go the front desk so they know what he was doing.On Sunday night a restaurant wouldn’t allow me in because I didn’t have long pants. I clearly saw a person with short pants inside the location. That part was definitely discrimination. The worst experience I ever encountered with a resort and I travel a lot. I would never recommend this awful place to anyone. I wish I could forget about this trip and never spent my money here.

Excellent hotel, great staff. Food was amazing also beverage!

Place is crying out for a complete renovation. Rooms are very outdated and you notice the wear and tear everywhere. Food ok, staff and services ok. My advise don’t go there, you can get better experience in other places in the same price range.

The beach is not the best but still an excellent property. The food was incredible but the specialty restaurants were booked so book in advance. The shuttle service offered was excellent as well.

It would say it was very good but there was some sloppy areas shuch as dust a leaky shower that leaked inro the bathroom cubicle . The tours guy wa uninterested and unhelpful. But the rest of the staff were absolutely accommodating and did their best at all times . Overall staff 9/10 grounds 10/10 accommodation 6/10

The friendly staff and the resort was top class.

I literally have no complaints! Oh wait. The beach. If your planning on swimming in a blue ocean this is not the place to go. Tanning on the beach, walking the beach and a quick dip, after checking for jellyfish, is fine. The pools make up for it though. The food is great! Too good actually, plan on putting on a few pounds!!

I had a really great time at the resort and the staff were super friendly and hospitable! I would highly recommend this resort for those looking for a relaxing and chill time in Dominician Republic.
