It was nice having the property near the port. But having construction done right outside our balcony was horrible. The management only cares about making the dollar. We needed to leave early due to a family emergency. We booked for 5 nights and left after 3. Management refused to allow that and would not refund last 2 nights. I now have to deal with my credit card company on it. No compassion whatsoever.

Amazing property. We absolutely loved this hotel, the best location in town, very comfortable beds, clean rooms, delicious food, incredible sea views.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is right beside the port so we were able to just jump on ferry for quick day trips. We travelled Italy for 10 days staying a various hotels along the way and this one is hands down our most favorite! We highly recommend!!

This is a beautiful hotel and we feel we found a gem. Our incredibly big room (junior suite) was very comfortable and overlooked the beach, which was a bustling hub of activity. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. Loved it.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We were in a basic room and it worked great for what we needed. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast spread is awesome and the pool is amazing as well. My only negative thing to say is we got two massages and they charge you an arm and leg for them and they come to your room to do them. We had a very small room so they brought us to a bathroom upstairs and the lights couldn’t be turned off. So for 180 euros I wouldn’t say the massage was worth it at all. But they did their best. The location is excellent when wanting to be close to the beach but you will have to climb stairs to get to the hotel and to do anything else. The only downfall to the location and the basic rooms is you are right in the heart of it so it’s extremely noisy at night. There’s a club across the way and can hear the music, people outside yelling at all hours and they come to do some sort of bottle pickup & drop off seems like anytime from 2:00 am to 6:00 am and it’s super loud. Other than that we would definitely stay here again no doubt!

Beautifully appointed and situated hotel at premier Positano location, on the beach near the ferry wharf. Nice bar and restaurant, classy breakfast room in the water . Maria in the breakfast room makes you feel at home . Rosario , of the waiting staff, is wonderful. The front desk staff is always attentive, even before arriving with responsive emails. We could not have asked for more.

Loved this hotel! Located ON THE BEACH! In the walking section of old Town. Staff, all of them, excellent. Especially Rosario in the bar, Alexandra Concierge, gino front desk mgr. Room spotless, large balcony w seating, comfortable beds. Located right at the ferry dock so we didn't have to haul luggage up a bazillion stairs to a taxi (hotel also has porters to do that. If you taxiing here, i Hightower recommend the baggage porter both ways!

The location is simply the best in Positano, overlooking the beach area, right at the arrival of the ferry, which made quite an impression on my wife!

The 6 night stay at Covo was great. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Maria at the restaurant along side her the manager greeted us and served us with so much love and care every morning. We had a great stay overall and Mainly because of the staff’s hospitality, good food and proximity to the beach. Will visit again.

I was positive surprised when I walked into the hotel. The staff in the reception was very welcoming. We got a great room with sea view and I most say if I ever come back to Positano I will stay at Hotel Covo Dei Saraceni.

Definitely stay in an ocean view room- beautiful! Walkable to all the restaurants, beach front, and perfectly located! Great service, AMAZING breakfast!

Absolutely beautiful property, great breakfast and service. This would be a five star resort but getting to it is very challenging and I would not recommend it if you have a group with anyone that is not in good physical condition. The alternative is to take an unsafe luggage cart and pay 10 euros every time you need to go anywhere from the hotel.

It was a good location on the beach and central to the core of Positano. What I didn't like was they were not very nice about our late arrival and it's very hard to find at midnight down many side walks and about 60 steep stairs with luggage and no help or guidance. They said it was to late. At the very least, some one should have met us and walked with us so we would have gone the correct way with the price that we paid.

Perfectly situated hotel with fantastic view over the bay. Friendly staff giving a welcoming feeling. Clean, large nice rooms with balcony overlooking the bay and Positano.10 minutes after we got into our nice room staff came serving a bottle of prosecco on the house to celebrate. We booked anniversary dinner at the hotels restaurant and had a nice evening with great food and a nice table overlooking the bay and the promenade. Pool was nice and preferred over the beach. Reccomend to take one of the day trips to explore Amalfi and the coast.

Incredibly outdated and overpriced. Towels were hard and old, bathroom was gross, very noisy and congested, thin walls. We could literally hear everything, including the people in the next room having sex. Honestly, was not a fan of Positano in general, but if you're going to stay there, go up the hill and do not stay in this location. It is a total tourist trap and not worth the money.

Wonderful beautiful hotel it was perfect. My only advice is to upgrade the bathroom but that is it. Everything was wonderful.

The location of the hotel on the beach was exceptional. The room was spacious and luxurious. The gelato stand right outside the hotel was most appreciated , and the proximity to a lot of great restaurants was an added plus. Also it’s location gives you direct access to ferry service to Capri . I highly recommend this hotel. Be aware that you will have to walk to it, as there is no road to drive to it, but there is a porter service for your luggage

The location and views are splendid. The room s are a bit tired but totally acceptable. Avoid rooms with adjoining room doors as the walls keep the rooms quiet but the thin doors make you feel like the conversations in the next room are in your room. The restaurant Covo is exceptional and the staff is superb. The best feature is the pool with spectacular views and a great staff and poolside restaurant. I believe this hotel has the best location of any hotels in Positano. It would be the only place I would want to stay there.

Walking uphill was a unexpected challenge however the hotel arranged to have the baggage scooter pick up my husband for 10 Euro! The hotel’s location right on the water was superb. Rooms were lovely with balconies. Ask for “water view!”

Great hotel!!! Perfect location!! Schedule help with your luggage from the hotel because your driver will not be able to drop you off right at the entrance. Staff and service was amazing!

We were absolutely impressed! The location was PERFECT. However we never wanted to leave the hotel because it had everything we needed and more. The staff was especially accommodating and really cared about making our stay special. We will be back!!

Wonderful

The rooftop bar and pool were wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant wait staff was rude and inattentive, and we left before being served. The front desk arrange to have our bags delivered by a porter to the garage, sent them to the wrong garage where they were left unattended, and when we called several times to find out what happened to them, we were ignored.
