Great location in Savassi, close to a small but good shopping mall, good bars and restaurants nearby, hotel is clean and good service, nothing exceptional, but good balance between price and comfort

Good hotel in Savassi area, 15 min walk from Praca da Liberdade, de facto central square. Savassi is a lively area with good dining and shopping options. It looks the hotel is one of the best in the town. Unlike Sao Paulo or Rio, Belo Horizonte is a mining capital, i.e. no upscale hotels there. Personally, I enjoyed interactions with the great people of the mining state Minas Gerais and its capital Belo Horizonte. Do visit a nice historical town Ouro Preto, UNESCO World Heritage site, 2 hours drive from the city. Back to the hotel - rooms are standard ones, clean and simple. Standard breakfast. Small gym and sauna, no swimming pool. Windows cannot be opened so air and temperature regulations could be done only through air conditioning. Reception team and other staff members are very helpful. Special thanks to Guilherme, provided good advice on almost everything, and surprisingly speaks English with British accent, unusual and pleasantly surprising. Overall, good stay at the hotel. Thanks.

Caring, friendly staff always willing to help. Breakfast buffet is rich in options. The restaurant in the hotel has very good reputation.

My wife and I have stayed at the Radisson Blu Belo Horizonte Savassi twice in the past 10 months and both times the hotel has exceeded our expectations. Great location with clean, quiet, comfortable rooms with nice views of the city in all directions. The breakfast is excellent with a great selection of fresh breads, fruits, juices, coffees, and many other local favorites. We have visited Belo Horizonte hundreds of times over the past 40 years and stayed at many different hotels. The Radisson Blu is the best we have found and is now our go-to hotel whenever we are in Belo Horizonte.

The staff is very friendly. The food in the restaurant is really good too. I had an issue with key cards 17 times. When I spoke to the GM I got a dismissive apology. It really soured me on this hotel. Location is good. Very walkable area and a shopping mall across the street. They do speak English but not all the staff is bilingual. Had I not been locked out of my room and the elevator 17 times it would have been different. I think I would have liked it a lot more.

Location, breakfast and staff are amazing

This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in Brazil or the US. The service was excellent from the front desk to the housekeeping and restaurant staff.

The hotel is very nice and modern, the staff is friendly. I would expect a hotel like this to have a/c with heat. It does not have heat, so the only thing they could offer was a blanket.

O hotel tem excelentes instalações e é muito bem localizado. O serviço é atencioso e eficiente. Bom café da manhã e meu quarto tinha bom tamanho e bom conforto. Recomendo esse hotel.

A nossa estadia foi excelente . Funcionários super educados e gostaria de destacar o Wellington que sempre nos recebe com muito carinho . Ele é muito atencioso e educação nota 10. Mas em geral todos as pessoas que trabalham no hotel estão de parabens. Agradeço a todos e com Certeza voltarei a me hospedar e indicar o hotel .

Highly recommend. Staff friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast with lovely Ms. Zilda and her team care. Location is closing to amazing shops, restaurants and bars. Hotel could do better with pillows and parking valet service.

O Radisson Blu BH é muito bem localizado, na região Centro-Sul de BH, ao lado do Shopping Savassi. O estacionamento fica no subsolo, e é pago integralmente, por dia. O forte do hotel é o café-da-manhã, servido por funcionárias muito atenciosas, no restaurante Olegário, no piso térreo do hotel, com entrada pelo lobby.

Very nice hotel in Belo Horizonte with great bed, luxury feel with lighting, great shower with nice hot water and water pressure, and a wonderful view from the room I had. The service was very good as well. I had a very pleasant stay!

Only complaint was music from taxis outside my window at 5 Am ! Otherwise perfeito!

It was a wonderful stay. The only down site was that only a few people (Staff) spoke English but they really are very supportive. Great place to be!

Great location, really nice and modern room, with a spacious layout, felt like a mini apartment. Breakfast is really nice, with lots of selection and a great relaxing space for answering morning emails!
