There was noise overnight from a nightclub to the rear of the hotel so we changed room to the front and that was much better. The Reception staff were sympathetic to our request and acted on it quickly. In fact the staff were generally polite, friendly and helpful. Some guests, however, were very noisy when returning to their rooms in the early hours of the morning. Perhaps the hotel could put up some signs to ask people to respect other guests ? We were very comfortable in the hotel and enjoyed the facilities. Breakfast was relaxed, varied and plentiful The hotel had a shuttle to take guests to places locally, much appreciated.

The moment an issue started at the hotel that's when the service stops. The Manager doesn't take care of the issue and doesn't contact back at the time promised - because nothing has been done. It another way to take your money by gaining time
The staff are nice only if you don't complain!!! If you do - they stop being nice and become defensive and blaming!!

An okay hotel, pictures look better then reality. I found the location to be inconvenient, you really need to travel by vehicle for any reasonable food and entertainment options. However, staff were amazing.

Close enough to the action, but you will need a motorbike taxi to get anywhere. There are thousands of taxis. One of the best breakfast buffet that I have come across in Thailand.

pros : neat toilet and room condition, spacious, toothbrush & paste supported everyday
cons : long distance to happening areas including beach road, doesn't have bath gown, don't remember if it had slippers at all or had thin paper maid one.

I have stayed at this hotel before because of the value you get for your money. The rooms are large, in good condition, the breakfast is excellent, and the service here is amazing.Only bad thing I can even say about this place is it is a little bit difficult to find the first time but once you are there it is a great place to stay, in a very quiet area.

Thank U KTK Royal Residence.we really enjoyed our Stayed.The room is so spacious, comfortable and Clean,The breakfast buffet is the best cause a lots of choices and until 1pm.swimming pool,gym,sauna my family really enjoyed our stayed.we will surely stay their again in the future and highly recommend to everyone.u dont regret staying at KTK Royal Residence. Ground studio にアップグレードしてくれたのは良かったが、使っていない部屋なのか、エアコンは効かないし、お湯は出ないなど不具合が多く、翌日元の予約のスタンダードに戻してもらいました。
Ktkはこれで4回目の宿泊ですが、スタンダードが一番良いです。Ground studioは別棟で、お湯が出にくいことが多いし、エアコンが部屋の大きさに合わず小さいので部屋が涼しくなりにくいです。
泊まるならスタンダードにしましょう。

Good property. All happening places are within 1 to 3 kms. Well spread out buffet breakfast extends up to 1 pm. So you can have brunch and set out for the day. Limited options for vegetarians. But Indian restaurant is available within 100 meters.
