We enjoyed staying here. It was close enough to walk to the things in Gatlinburg.

Go to this HoJo once a year and we love it always a great stay

This hotel is very close to all the shops at Gatlinburg. So it's convenient. But room service and customer service were the worst I've ever experienced in 45 years of traveling.

Very clean, great price, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The good: The staff was friendly and coffee supplies were replenished daily. It is located a convenient walking distance from the strip. The not so good: The room could have used a deep cleaning. There was what appeared to be a hair ball on the exposed pipe under the bathroom sink. The platforms under the mattresses were both dusty with hairs and miscellaneous bits of trash in the gaps in the wood. On the first night, our feet were black and gritty after walking on the floors. The window was very dirty. We also had to ask for towels every day because housekeeping would only leave 3 towels for the 4 of us. (We usually try to reuse towels more than once if there are towel hooks available to hang them but there was no such accommodation in the room.) This was our second stay here and I’m sorry to say that things have definitely gone down hill from what we recall from last year’s visit.

Large room, very clean, excellent pools, terrace with super comfortable chairs and all Gatlinburg attractions very close, just 3 or 4 minutes walking. This hotel is in excellent condition, very well decorated inside and outside the hotel... I recommend it with 5 stars.

Great place to stay in Gatlinburg. Nice clean hotel in a central location. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Good value!

Very nice and wonderful scenery

It rained when I was staying there and my room started leaking, the front desk clerk brought me towels and said she’d put in a request for “them” to look at it tomorrow. When I was checking in, she didn’t say but maybe 5 words to me the entire time, and seemed like I was bothering her

This is the 3rd time staying there I only have 2 negative things. #1 Pool was right outside our room. So kids were kinda noisy. #2 Security wise there was not the security latch on the door. Otherwise it was perfect for what we needed.

Perfect location to everything in Downtown Gatlinburg. We didnt have to drive to anything all attractions were within walking distance.

We stay here when ever in Gatlinburg, it's close to everything and the people are so friendly. This week was for my Husbands' Birthday

Gross and not on the river. It’s on a creek. The beds were not clean, the floors turned my white socks brown, the light switches were broke, and overall gross. At least they didn’t have bedbugs! For the price, I thought it was a rod run deal or something…it was not that cheap for rod run it’s because it is gross. The employees were super nice and the fire pit is cool! Parking is very convenient.

This was a really nice hotel to stay at. We got to see bears at nighttime walking around and with us being up there during rod run our area was peaceful. If catching the trolley its à quick 5 minute walk to the aquarium and I definitely recommend it

It was very easy walk to where needed to go. The room had a fu ky smell which showed there was black mold where the ac unit is and when taking a shower the bathtub did not drain wwll at all extremely slow drain. Tje clerk was semi friendly.

In town for tournament with family. Loved the balcony with view & the clock bells every morning! Room was nice with comfortable pillows. Even though parking was tight everyday, we found a spot. We will be back.

cleaning staff did not sweep. smoking area around pool let smoke drift into rooms above, bushes between hotel parking and public parking need to be cut, other guest smoking on their balcony kept us from enjoying ours

Bears walking out your door was a nice touch. Room was very nice and clean and very quiet. Did reccomend to all the locals I know as easy to town or other areas. Will use again

We always enjoy staying here because of the convience

I have stayed here several times for the convenience and cleanliness. Close to aquarium and shopping. Large rooms. Be aware it is a motel and not a fancy hotel. If what you need is a no frills economical place this js your place.

It was a nice room and the did offer a grab-to-go breakfast. It was close to town and events which saved a lot on parking. I don’t like that you can be css as led on your in room landline by anyone. The people above us threw or dropped things on our balcony. Then they came knocking on our door at midnight. We didn’t answer so they called us a couple of times on our room phone after midnight wanting us to get their dropped items for them and leave it outside our door. We prefer others not having phone access to our room.

I’ll tell you what from the last hotel that we stayed out with at Mountain Inn behind this one that I want my money back for y’all still haven’t responded to that. This was amazing cleaned every day. Words can explain how happy I was so happy that we’re going back to the same hotel for fall break When we can

We had a great time and would stay again. Front desk staff was amazing and helpful.

Clean & convenient!

PERFECT LOCATION

We enjoyed our stay here. Nice motel close to everything in town.

Its quiet although next to a street. Rooms are older but clean. I wish they had a second lock on the inside of the door, it's just an electric locking door, no deadbolt or inside throw.

This is not a 3 star hotel. The bed was comfy but the headboard was white except for the grip marks from hands. The towels had holes and was rough The shower needs repairs. Water drained extremely slow. Bottom of tub kept making cracking sounds if you moved as it was hollow underneath. It smelled old!!

Location was AMAZING and the fire ring was very nice. Staff was all friendly and every single day there were bear walking around the hotel. I did request a room not on ground level and booked this months before my stay. I got a ground level room that was dingy and a bit dirty but the location and bear entertainment made up for the lack of room awe

The slide didn’t work for a while. Floors were filthy, loud people outside till after 1 am, beds were very stiff, ended up buying mattress toppers and pillows, daughter had bedbugs in her bed so we left for another hotel 4 days earlier then our original check out date.

Nice room. Loved the rockers iutside of each room. Pools were small and not deep. Fire pits were nice.

I asked for a room on the top floor and was told they put me down for one the day before and when I got there they didn’t have a room on the top floor. I called at 3:30 pm I called the front desk and asked for 2 more to towels he said he would send them right up at 7:30 pm I went to the office and picked up the towels. But other than that it was nice and clean.
