Poor wifi service , no breakfast only by additional paid and only during weak .

Great stay and highly recommend. Only downside was internet could be a little better. Extremely clean, great pool. Public transportation. Convenience store next door. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Thank you for your kind help from the front desk. I was originally given a dirty room and the front desk gave me a better room right away. Overall my stay was pleasant.

Blanket on the bed is dirty have spots on it AC Harley blowing ear room the size of a closet everything outdated in the room had to book another hotel and also, I’m requesting a refund

The hotel was well worth the money I paid. Restaurant was nice for breakfast. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

What I first noticed, that it was an older building but how well maintained it was. The staff was friendly and I found my translator (as I don't speakSpanish) was a must. I found that Talking translator was a great option for me. If you download it, you'll see why
The cleaning staff was great. My room was always neat and tidy and they were very friendly. I was located on the 5th floor and my cleaning lady was very attentive with a great personality. Thank you

Not access from parking lot to hotel rooms without going to the lobby

The staff is very helpful and the bed was ok.
Unfortunately in room 203 there were tiny roaches (3) running in the room, which I killed. The hotel could do with a little paint to brighten up the area and the pool was out of service

Nice, basic hotel. Wonderful staff. Lots of road noise if you’re on that side. On site restaurant closes at 3:30pm and is closed Sundays and holidays

Air conditioner needs upgrading they are very noisy , some rooms need a very small refrigerator for customers convenience.

The room had a lingering musty odour, which caused us to sneeze excessively and webhad to open the windows. Bottles of water should have been provided daily, along with the drinking glasses. The room should at least have a kettle for making a hot beverage on mornings..

Ask for a hair dryer & was told not available in this hotel, air condition very noisy & old, cannot charged phone by the bedside, only in bathroom & under tv, towels & toilet paper r limited, very bad service but however I will blamed Expedia for this mess.

Had to specify Eurohotel for taxi and Uber. Was in the heart of the city which could be immersion in the culture. Walking distance to many local mom and pop shops during day time but did not walk about after dark.

the bed mattress was very soft ,we got backaches.The front desk attendants,when we ask questions about restaurants close by or supermarkets,they always say you have to go far away ,not true they where some close by.in the room there was no place to put the suitcases,in the bathroom no place to put anything,the wifi connection was terrible
