We loved our stay at Offshore. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was clean and cosy. Our only complaint was the breakfast, although plenty of it, in the 4 days of our stay not once was it hot. Which is a shame because everything else was great.

Playing golf in area so had 3 rooms breakfast good staff friendly

Very nice place to stay, location good, breakfast not bad apart from the coffee. Maybe install a machine for different coffees instead of sachets or perculator. Yuk. Went with my dog, single room, quite warm though at night would have struggled if wether had been hot as no AC. Food on an evening was good and service very good. Made very welcome by all staff.

Great hotel when you’re going to the Lytham Festival. Would definitely look at staying there again.

The hotel is beautiful very clean the staff are fantastic and always happy to help overall the hotel is good I would stay again I just wouldn’t stay in the top floor rooms there was no air at all even with the window open as they only open a small amount so it was very hot. We ate in the bar restaurant and the food was lovely

I have stayed 3 times in the last 3 months and each time my room has got worse and worse. From a single sea view to nothing more than a glorified broom cupboard. If you get room 1107 either ask to change or stay somewhere else. It is dark, dismal, roasting hot and seems to have been created from a small space they had available when the hotel was refurbished.

worst hotel i have ever stayed in staff were not frendly could not get room service when we ask member of staff walked in our room while we were in bed find us for smokeing in the room we dont smoke charged us 25 pound for being harf hour late booking out when we told them we were both sick after our breakfurst the day before had to moun about haveing breakfurst they did not wantto give it us in all the worst stay i have ever had

Spacious room udgraded on arrival.Staff very friendly and very polite.Breakfast excellent,plenty of choice.The hotel is dated,but to be fair clean and tidy, and is being refurbished within weeks.We enjoyed our stay.

We arrived at 11.00 am bank holiday Sunday and could find nowhere in town to park .In desperation we thought we would jusk ask at the hotel and they were so helpful and allowed us to park on thier premises

Check in really good. All staff friendly & professional. High standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. All covid requirements adhered to throughout the hotel. Our only complaint is the breakfast was not good. The food was cooked to a very poor standard, it was cold when it finally arrived, I think we were given left over toast as it was hard & inedible. Hopefully this can be rectified ASAP as we have stayed here before & the food was beautiful.

The website pictures looked alot better than the actual hotel. “Sea front view room”…literrally a window infront of a brick wall. Breakfasts were small and disappointing. The hotel was old fashioned and run down, rooms were tiny, had to squeeze past the hed ( yes i am slim )

Housekeeping staff was amazing as ever, very kind people. Front desk staff wasn't all that pleasant. Don't believe the current advertisement that there's a breakfast buffet. Spoiler alert: there's not. Also, the photos show a bunch of the beach huts before you actually see photos of the hotel... Which is across the street from the beach. I called the hotel and asked if we needed to reserve a breakfast time and was told no. Got there and they told me we needed to reserve a breakfast time. We got a room that was disrespectfully hot, the window was on the side and there was no breeze.

Have been going to Lindum For approx 6 years now, this is 2nd take over in last 2 years. Trying to improve hotel but a long way to go yet. One morning we had to wait 25 minutes for breakfast ! Restaurant is now closed, no evening meals available, there is a ‘snack’ menu on offer, but at £9.95 for Halumi and salad, they didn’t get any business from us! Toby Carvery 5 mins walk away, with full roast on offer at £8.95. We will certainly not be going back again!

Lovely place and staff very friendly. Probably could do with some TLC and bed was far too soft. I’d stay again though.

Hotel location was excellent, on the front close to the beach and only a short walk from the town. Hotel room was very dated and nothing like what was advertised on the website, this was a big issue but one the Lindum staff dealt with in an friendly, professional, excellent way. The service we received really helped make our weekend what it was.

Rude staff, bad shower, ok room. BAD BREAKFAST!!!!

The bedroom area was good, comfy bed, plenty of storage but the bathroom DESPERATELY needs to be updated the bath couldn’t fit an adult in it, the shower head didn’t actually fit in the holder so you had to kind of balance it and you had to sit round the sink on the toilet. Also considering this is just after lock down has lifted so everything should be deep cleaned there was dust all over the bathroom and cobwebs! It was in a good area right across for St Anne’s Pier and the beach huts and about 10 minute walk into town but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Initial room given was very disappointing and not worth the money we paid. We where contemplating cancelling the second night has the room was that depressing and dated, but after speaking with receptionist she kindly upgraded us and the second room was brilliant in comparison and had an amazing view. The fried breakfast would have been better if the portions where a bit bigger. Parking is an issue has only space for about 20 cars onsite (hotel has approximately 70 rooms) but there is lots of on street parking, but if the weather is nice you would need to park early before any tourists beat you. The hotels main selling point is it close to lots of different things, there is a family pub, cinema, leisure facility, outdoor splash zone, mini golf, amusements, beach cafe, beach huts, the beach.

An ok stay! Cheap and cheerful, knew exactly what I’d paid and was happy with what I received. Single room VERY small but comfy and clean. A seaside view would have been nice. Staff were lovely, shout out to Anne at breakfast who was great not only to me but to other family members too. Would visit again.

The size of our room was ridiculous to walk round the bed was almost impossible as it was less than 12 inches between the bed and the wall.The room was not very clean. The en suite was extremely small, the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and my husband could not turn round in the shower and he is not that big.I asked to be moved but was told they were completely full.For £95 per night I expect better than that.I am surprised Expedia use this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff only fault slow service at the bar in the evenings.

I was impressed that the hotel had laid on a bus for hotel guests to and fro the festival I was not impressed that said bus did not wait for hotel guests on return journey as concert overran I was unimpressed by no shower in bathroom and not very impressed with breakfast All staff we spoke to were very pleasant
