We shave stayed at this hotel for many years now and every year it's a little bit worse. on the positive side, there are many friendly and hard-working staff, but the property itself is in decline. We stayed in a Manor Suite. The wardrobe was too narrow to accommodate the width of their coathangers and kept getting jammed, the table outside dripped rust onto my new skirt and I can't shift the stains, the lounge furniture was covered in stains from the spillages of former guests and they appear to be ruuning out of water for the bedside tables - on the first day 2 tiny bottles, then one tiny bottle between us for 2 nights , finishing with no water at all on the last night. The outdoor bar would be nice if the cushions out their weren't covered in bird droppings. We booked a table outside at their restaurant, but when we arrived, they told us outside wan't available, but the inside restaurant had no atmosphere and smelt of stale food so we left. The guys next door to us had dogs - we like dogs but they elected to poop just outside our front door and it was left like that for the rest of our stay - no attempt to clean up the frontage or lawn.

Great location, peaceful. No AC in a €200 per night room…

Lovely place and we had a great stay. The only negative was food and drink was generally on the expensive side.

Very nice hotel, good service with nice rooms and like most of France, very dog friendly. Our room was very nice and spacious and comfortable.
There is plenty of room for walking our dog Mia as well and everyone at the hotel made us feel very welcome and spoke good English.

Very good location and facilities. The restaurant was excellent, but the overall impression is that it needs refurbishment - certainly that was the case with our suite.

Relaxing Hotel in beautiful countryside environment. Plus with the indoor pool. Minus no AC in rooms and expensive meals and drinks.

I sadly wasn’t afforded the type of room I’d required and paid to stay in.

Superb hotel in a bucolic rural setting.

Lovely hotel, lady in reception was very rude and unhelpful though.

We stayed here a few days ago and was most impressed by the friendly service! The lounge and bar area were luxurious and well appointed with a gorgeous huge open fire! The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom fabulous! We ate in the restaurant in the evening and it was fantastic - great service and good quality. Minor niggles for us were no tea/coffee facilities in the room and the drinks were VERY pricey - but we did love it - the pool was great too!

The grounds were beautiful and the hotel is set out away from the city with a country feel. It was very quiet. We had a nice meal at the hotel restaurant. The room was spacious, comfortable and modern. The staff were exceptionally nice. When I returned home to the US I realized I had left my Kindle reader in the hotel room. The staff located my Kindle and shipped it back to me. I like to exercise and the gym area was very small but did have some free weights.

The hotel buildings, room and facilities were all of an extremely high standard and the staff were generally helpful and friendly. However, the experience is let down by the food. Bar meals were extremely expensive for what is essentially pub grub - 24 Euros for a croque monsieur with only a small green salad on the side. The restaurant menu would lead you to believe that you are in for a Michelin star style treat and whilst the food is at OK, it is nothing more than that. They would be better doing a few simple things well rather than trying to shoot too high at dishes which seem beyond the competence level of the kitchen staff. Service was also painfully slow even though the restaurant was not very busy. There isn't really an eating alternative as the hotel is located far away from anywhere else where you might eat. If they could get the food sorted then I would give this place a really hearty recommendation.

We were spending our first holiday abroad with our 18 month old daughter and having driven down to Carcans (taking 2 days), stayed in a less than desirable hovel thanks to airbnb, we were glad to be on the road headed back to Calais for the return train. Its a 500ish mile drive so we split the trip with a stop here, and it made up for the terrible cabin we stayed in in spades. The room was warm, spacious, comfortable, and ever so clean and tidy (cleanliness was important given the state of the aforementioned airbnb). The staff persevered with my attempts at French (I feel guilty not speaking it, or at least making the effort) they were kind enough to help me muddle along before we gave up and resorted to English which they spoke impeccably. We stayed in one of the lodges furthest away from the main hotel and had a pleasant surprise when ordering room service that it arrived oven hot even that far away from the kitchen!I wont bore you with further waxxing lyrical about how amazing it was, just take it as read that it was superb and we couldnt have asked for a better place to stay for our last night in France. The only down side for me is that it was my last chance to have beef bourguignon and onion soup, and they served neither!Thank you Les Manoir

Very comfortable, well run hotel. Welcoming staff and delicious food. Very nice pool. Peaceful surroundings - about a half an hours drive to the D-Day Beaches so a good base for exploring these.

Nice hotel. Good rooms. Very expensive at a 4 star hotel for food and drink nat the hotel which is problematic as your quite a distance from anywhere else.69€ for 2 adults and 2 children for breakfast puts you off breakfast.

Wonderful food and attention but eaves room so depressing with only 2 small windows and little natural light or air. Stifling in heat. Left after one of three booked nights.

we thought this hotel was excellent on first glance so we thought we would go to the bar and have an aperitif only to be met by the grumpiest staff which totally spoilt the atmosphere, so we went to our room. In the dinner restaurant, the same staff were there and were still rude and grumpy which just put us off eating there.
10.0
Excellent location and facilities only spoilt by an average but over priced restaurant.
