I would love to have a coffee machine in the room or a voffe facility in the hotel.

Was going to leave a higher rating since the staff was really kind, but this hotel honestly does not fully deserve it. At first glance the hotel seemed amazing, but parking is complicated and once we got settled in we found a lot of issues with our room. The towels were full of holes and were not exactly white, the bedsheets also had weird black things on them, some small hairs, and a few holes. The mini fridge in our room was not working so some food we had went bad, and there was no hot water when my family went to shower. I am giving it three stars just because the staff were great and gave many recommendations for what to do around Genoa and the hotel is fairly close to many things. The breakfast was also just average, not a lot of options.

First class basic spot to stay when in Genoa. Nothing fancy but very handy and special mention to the parking - makes life very easy. Beds comfy. Aircon good. And above all breakfast first class. What's not to like? Great value

Parking is my only issue

The property was under remodeling, my room was not all put together(panels missing from ceiling). The cleaning products smell was overwhelming. Had to ask for toilet paper. The bed was hard as a rock, glad I was only there one night. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. I have been traveling in Portugal and Spain with wonderful hotels, this introduction to Genoa was a great disappointment.

Although the hotel was nice, the welcome was stressful and the room not clean. Finishes were needed, for example apparent electric cable.

Comfortable hotel in the process of remodeling. Very small parking lot but had enough room planned out for the guests arriving. Very accommodating about leaving the car after check-out so we could walk around Genoa. Clean and comfortable.

This hotel was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet (our room was right next to the road). The air conditioner worked like a charm and kept the room very comfortable. Within walking distance of all the tourist things in the city center and close to the beach and sea. The staff are very accommodating and will help you park you car in their extremely small but capable parking area. 10/10 would come back again.

We chose this hotel because it was closest to the Stadium where we had tickets fir a soccer game. Parking was a little hard because you had to back into the hotel’s lot. But it worked out well. We chose a big room and it was fine, modest accommodations. Breakfast was delicious. Front desk personnel were friendly and very helpful. Supermarket across the street and restaurants all around.

This hotel has free on-site parking. The room is clean and comfortable. The included breakfast is very good. I’ll stay here again.

This hotel is about 15mins walk from train station, a bit removed from tourist sites but is still within walkable distance. Room was clean and tidy. Owner was very friendly. They have very limited parking space so make sure you let them know in advance if you need one. Parking was so tight that you need to leave the key with them so they can shuffle cars in/out as necessary. Several dining options within 10mins walking. Very good local restaurants!

Location to Genoa city center and the apartment style rooms are the most noticed features.

This "hotel" is like a B&B, good for college kids' budget travel. Probably 0.5-1 star level based on USA system I have no clue why it is in the hotel list of Expedia.com. The breakfast is OK.

We arrived here for an overnight stay on a Friday night. We were greeted by a very nice Italian lady who told us all about the hotel. She didn't speak much English but we got by. There is a small amount of parking in the entrance to the hotel but you have to be prepared to give them your keys so they can move cars around if they have to. We did and had no problems. The Saturday staff were very nice and helpful as well. The supplied breakfast was basic but good. The room was nice and big with good wifi and a good shower. Access to our room was around the corner of the street from the hotel entrance. We then went upstairs 6 floors in a very cramped little lift. We'd stay here again.

I was injured during our stay (not at the hotel) and the front desk staff did everything possible to make me comfortable.

Hotel is incredible but price is not cheap. But I recommend you this guest house.

This hotel is basic but perfect for what we wanted/needed. They moved our car perfectly and accommodated us well as a family with 6 month old baby.

Enough central, free parking is a gift. Clean hotel with pleasant staff.

Friendly welcome, parking right at the hotel, rooms with high ceiling, good tips for directions. The breakfast is simple, the croissants were tasty, the coffee good, the rest basic.

Nice place located ten minutes walking from metro station.The hotel can provide for you free parking. Opposite the hotel there is a supermarket and also a lot of restaurant and fast food shops such as pizza etc.The rooms are on two buildings separate.The rooms are comfortable with good bed and a small shower.. Breakfast just ok and need improvement. Coffee excellent. The reception team is fantastic especially MARCOT

Location ok if you don’t mind a walk to find somewhere to eat. Room perfect for a short stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Parking available but you need to be prepared to leave your key do they can move cars around to let people out. Breakfast was good with choice of pastry, cereal, ham, cheese, yoghurt.

The Hotel its very beautiful,the staff friendly and helpful.Very good placed,only 20 min walk to the center and shopping center.The rooms clean and the chambermaids very professional.
