It was a really spacious modern studio ,Very clean and with comfortable beds.I stayed for three nights and I was really satisfied, the only problem was the area really really far from the city of Naxos it might say that it is a 10 minutes walk but it’s not it’s more than 20/30 minutes and the area there is of a poor electricity really scary when coming back at night because there is only two more hotels here and there before we reach ours and no homes or people around, it feels really creepy. Another thing is we would have been happy if they had a car to pick us up from the port so they can show us where the rooms are and how to reach them ,we didn’t have a car so we had to struggle with our suitcases until we find the room ,nevertheless we had a nice experience and to avoid all these next time we’ll definitely get a car.

- the localisation on Google Map is wrong; - there is no reception at all, no staff, no name on the building; - we bought a bedroom with a seaview, but there is no seaview and so we looked on bamboos and other balconies (so tiny we had to move the table and chairs to close the shutters); - we booked a double bed and had two single beds; - it's far too expensive for the quality of the accomodation : very bad mattress, no kettle, not enough cutlery, no tea towel and worn out towels which were so old they were grey!

We had a lot of difficulty finding the hotel. We were walking from the port and the map that accompanied the confirmation in the email showed the wrong location for the hotel. Once arriving at the hotel we then realized that the reception was at a different hotel. That took a long time to find because it was in the Naxos Holidays Hotel and there were no signs indicating that it was also the reception for Sunny Beach Studios. Other than that the place was beautiful.

Great location! Clean! The only downfall was the beds are very uncomfortable!! We had an issue with a leaking toilet when we notified staff it was fixed immediatly ! The hotel is a 2 min walk to main beach area!

Hotel isn't even called sunny beach. If it weren't for the cab driver waiting whilst we ran into different hotels in the area asking if they were the right one then God knows where we would have ended up. Found a hotel claiming they owned the hotel sunny beach along with their (Naxos holidays) and our arrival was followed by a lot of confusion as to where to put us. Finally a room was ready for us to go to. There was no baby cot like requested, this has to be fetched. The TV was broken. The pillows were wafer thin. The mattresses were really uncomfortable. The room had no air flow so was dreadfully stuffy. We were informed we did not have breakfast included, although I was under the impression it was. We were not given any info on how to then have breakfast with them. No info was given regarding the wifi or other hotel or surrounding area features. Our room was t cleaned until 330pm, when our baby was napping. The cleaner did not knock, simply tried to enter. Luckily my husband managed to push the door shut considering neither of us were dressed! They then didn't return that day, so we had no clean towels. No customer service whatsoever. Just a generally weird place. Made us feel dreadfully uncomfrotable. Paid twice as much for the room as we did on another high tourist island and was less than half the standard
