From the beginning I did not recieve the room for which I paid! I booked an “executive room” with sofa! I got a tiny room without sofa! It was not a surprise as they have done this every time! I am here to visit my wife’s grave not argue with those not providing that for which I have paid?

Place is amazing. Located in great location where you can share the best of both worlds/ Bars & Clubs or Rest and Relax. Front Desk associate Yuri provided the best customer service. She had knowledge of all the 100 questions i had and her recommendations were on point. I definitely will be coming back.

I stayed here for five days and it was great. There were places that were closed for renovations but I was there in Cali to do more than stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and cozy and the staff were friendly and incredible. If I ever go to Cali, I will stay here.

I love how it is clean and relaxing. Exactly.like the photos. The one thing to note it is now a bed and breakfast..As a result there is no bar and restaurant anymore. So it has less traffic so it is very nice and quiet.

Good location for walking around the city especially Granada. Staff was very helpful. Very good price. English speaking Direct TV and other options.

Even though they are undergoing renovations, Now Hotel is an excellent property close to dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The property has a modern/industrial feel and a good vibe. The room and bathroom were both a great size, and the balcony was a plus. I would highly recommend it and plan on going back.

Worst place ever. Run down, ripped off towels outdated and very rusty. Staff beginning with the CEO rude and unpleasant. She’s the rudest person I’ve seen

The hotel is being remolded, when booked never told so. The restraunt (only breakfast), the bar and pool were closed.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. Im a little less impressed each time. My three top priorities are goid air conditioning, a pool and a king size bed. The last two times i was there no pool due to renovations. Something the listing should note.

Now hotel is an upscale hotel; visited during Covid lockdown so it was basically empty and had very few services. Rooms are definitely spacious and more for the high end traveler.
