I stayed 2 nights with my new wife and we loved the place. It is right next to a mall so we had easy access to anything we needed and we got lucky and was able to park in the main parking lot on site but there are only a few parking spots there so we loved our spot and did not ever have to make the short walk from their other parking lot. The staff who took care of the complimentary breakfast were awesome and we loved the breakfast both days!! We enjoyed the sauna one night and really enjoyed using that and the next night we used the roof top hot tub but that was just ok, it took 4 hours to heat up and the jets were not massage power but just barely pushed the water power but it was still a great atmosphere to relax on the roof and talk in the nice warm water! Overall, we both enjoyed the room and location and the staff were great!

They are trying, but not that great. On a busy street with a lot of noise. The bathtub controls broke off in my hand. Bed wasn't that good, maybe a 2 star at best.

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel in downtown Armenia. Really nice staff from front reception all the way through the kitchen and bar. Tatiana, Viviana and Juan were very helpful, friendly, and respectful. Amazing staff!! The room itself was big and comfort enough for me. They provide full delicious breakfast 10x way better than other hotel’s continental breakfast. I had dinner couple times at hotel and it was yummy! I would definitely come back if I’m in town, there’s a Shopping mall nearby less than a minute, restaurants and bars. The place is only 35 minutes away from Salento, Cócora Valley and Coffee Park. I highly recommend! Try out yourself, you won’t regret. Muchas Gracias!

I specifically stopped walked into the hotel three days before I booked a nonrefundable and I asked them specifically is your Jacuzzi going to be open or is it closed because of the coronavirus they said when you check in it will be open by then I said OK and I booked it the only reason I booked the hotel was because I wanted to relax for four days in a Jacuzzi then I check in and they tell me know it’s not open and they have never had planned to have it open I said why did one of your employees three days ago and I asked told me yes it will be open completely lying to me not very nice not reputable

Wonderful staff, friendly and welcoming. The suite was huge and well appointed. Breakfast (included) was delicious; the food was fresh with a nice selection of rolls and fresh fruit. The roof top jacuzzi and Turkish Steam Room were nice additions. We had a wonderful time!

The location of the hotel is wonderfulas it is located near large shopping center, restaurants, beauty salons, etc.. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is small but functional. The breakfast was very good and the view from the restaurant is spectacular. Bibiana at the front desk helped us a lot to celebrate my daugther's birthday.All the staff is very friendly and they are always smiling. he only negative part was a lot of noise because hey were doing a remodeling n the terrace,so we could not enjoy this either.

This hotel was one of the best I've experienced in Armenia. The room was clean and modern. The hotel itself is ideally located in "La zona Rosa;" bars, restaurants and shopping right out the door. I will be back. In fact, I'm already booked there next week.

Stood here for 9 days. Hotel was great staff was excellent. Receptionist very helpful I didn’t get her name. Overall 10/10. Will recommend to anyone visiting Armenia.

The property itself is new and centrally located, across the street from some very loud bars and clubs. Staff is somewhat helpful. Good place to stay a night or two NOT more than that. If you’re looking to spend a week here in Armenia look elsewhere.

Upon checking in, I was told that I had to pay for the room. I told the lady at the desk that I had already paid. However, she still required another payment and told me that it was for taxes. I asked again to be sure that the taxes were that amount, and she confirmed. Afterwards, she gave me a room key and told me the floor and room name for the Junior Suite. My husband I went to that floor, and there was no room by that name. We returned to the front desk, and she again told us the same information. We told her again that there was no room by that name. So, she told us it was one of the names that we told her was on that floor. We returned to that floor, however the key did not work. We went back to the front desk, and supposedly she checked the room key and went to that floor with us. Again, the key did not work. We again returned to the lobby where she looked in the system again, and told us a different floor. She again accompanied us and finally the room key worked with the original name that she had given us. Obviously, we were a inconvenienced and tired by the whole ordeal. Additionally, later that day, we received a phone call that they had indeed charged twice for the same room, that one charge was cancelled, and we would need to pay the taxes upon checkout (which is the policy). There was never any apology, nor any type of gesture to compensate for the poor customer service nor errors on part of the hotel.

The hotel is located close to great restaurants, a big mall and a bakery. They provide you discounts for near attractions and the staff is very nice and make you feel like in home.
