The worst experience i had till now. Why expedia is suggesting these kind of very bad hotels

This is the second consecutive time I have a stayed at this hotel, and upon check-in, there is hair in the bedsheets and pillowcases, most of the doors and furniture have water damage. It truly is a shame, because the hotel is very convenient, accessible and great location for shopping airport and the hospital. The lobby personnel didn’t seem to care about the situation in the room, management was nowhere to be found, the only individual who seem to care and try to fix it was a security guard

3 out of 5 lights in the room were broken. Asked for a taxi the next day, but request had been forgotten. Need to call one the next day.

Ac was not working. Drunk people were making a lot of noise in the next room and the staff did not do anything about it. Overall, this place sucked

I stayed at this hotel back in 2019 when I visited Veracruz the first time and I liked it so much that my wife and I decided to stay there. Price is relatively inexpensive and the breakfast is pretty decent too! Two things I have gripes about. The first is the lack of hair dryers in the rooms. It seemed that they used to have them in all the rooms before and now they don’t. Maybe People stealing them? The other gripe is that the toilets are not well maintained. The chain that held and pulled the plug inside the toilet kept “falling off”. Each flush, I had to open it and reattach the chain. Other than those 2 things, not too bad. It worked out for us because the hotel is conveniently located between my wife’s parent’s house and her sister’s house.

There were little minor thinks, in the shower water drained too slow, you have to stand and have your feet immersed in the water, had to turn water off, to prevent overflowing, food was excelent. I requested toilet paper that didn't besought, toilet was making noise, we had yo turned water off to stop noise, I reported yo them, that should be done by cleaning crew.

I Like the facilities. Don’t like the location

Good hotel attached to a Mall. Maybe it is time to start renovating the rooms.

There was a strong cigarette smell coming from the ac vent. Reported it, they took a while to get back and offer a room change.

We didn’t stay for long because we had to catch an early flight out, but the main problem was that the AC was not working and we were not able to sleep at all. It gets very hot in Veracruz and it literally felt like an oven. They were nice enough to move us but it was an inconvenience to move rooms at 1am when we had to be up at 5am. The room they moved us to was only a tad bit colder then the first room.

need the major renovation.

For the price is a good place, for the add sayin Thad it have Access to water park it a Lie, The tile on the pool are broken one of the kids got a cut on the foot.

I think the parking fee should be covered by the hotel. Overall the hotel is very well kept, but shower curtains and pillows could benefit from an update.

The parking requires payment every time going out, unless the parking ticket get signed by the hotel staff.

Vreat for a short stay convenient near the airport.

Is close to shopping restaurants and a safe place to stay..
