The bed squeaked a lot in the room, and the 8th floor is loud. I wouldn’t want to stay on that floor again. The sink was clogged in the bathroom but otherwise the room was fairly clean

Location wasn’t good lots of construction there customer service wasn’t good I pad extra to get a full water view I got a partial view when I asked to honor my request the front desk didn’t wanna do it she immediately said we are full but when I went on the balcony lots of lights were off on these other rooms which means it wasn’t true. The cups in the room seems dirty one of the cabinet door was wobbly the food selection was mediocre at the roof top it was nothing but finger food. I would not stay there anymore

One night in Savannah. This hotel is right on the river, a short walk to River front shops and restaurants. Nice roof top pool. Large room.

Great hotel but the price of parking wasn’t worth it to stay again

Just wanted to let you know, towels should be replaced. They’re so rough (like sandpaper) they actually made my husbands skin bleed when he dried himself. We are in our 40’s so not a thin skin issue they’re just rough. Only other opinion would be more pillows as they are flat. Parking should be included or at least allow to park yourself and not pay $45 a day.

Beautiful hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Loved the decor. Rooftop bar was nice - even had a DJ! Breakfast was good. Loved the convenience of all the shops/restaurants within a short walking distance. Would definitely come back!

Very stay clean rooms. Relaxed on the roof top music , pool , bar .. friendly staff.. it’s in walking distance to nice dinning. Shopping.hot breakfast is served. Will stay again . Please keep up the good work.

First off the staff here is amazing! We stayed in a river view suite, the river was actually beyond a sizable parking lot. There is substantial construction around the hotel. You have 2 parking options valet @ $45/day or an off site parking garage @ the cost of $25 everytime your vehicle departs. You are also responsible for getting your luggage from the parking garage to the hotel if you choose off site. They offer a 24/7 always stocked coffee bar witch was amazing! They also serve breakfast, go early or you get whats left. The breakfast was ok, flavor was bland on the saugage and eggs but they had a wide variety of choices. The staff was so exceptional that I'd almost go back just for the hospitality but the parking and construction is so awful i would have to really think about it. Your literally blocking an entire street (one lane due to construction) just to get into the hotel to register.

We had a suite and disappointed we didn’t have dish soap, sponge, paper towels, 1or 2 dishwasher pods or an extra trash bag to get us started. No dish towel.
Needed to drive to get to nearest grocery or convenience store and we didn’t have a car.

Unfortunately we arrived far later than expected, to tired to go out and enjoy Savannah historic riverfront area. However we found the hotel roof top bar and had a wonderful relaxing evening with drinks, dinner, live music and a gorgeous view!

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel itself was immaculate. Breakfast was fresh and tasty each morning.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly, TJ even waived an early check-in fee.

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Great location, great views, food, service, and atmosphere. Employees seemed happy to work. Room was clean and smelled good.

I appreciated all the helpful staff including valet. Nice vibe at this location and I truly enjoyed the rooftop bar. My only suggestion is when a gueat asks for a cart for luggage to checkout, it should be brought up to the room instead of saying come get it yourself.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, easy access to the river district and downtown Savannah (all within walking distance honestly) and a straight shot to Tybee Island.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, from the front desk staff to the valet.
Room was clean and ready upon arrival, which we greatly appreciated.

Be aware of Undisclosed/forced valet parking $45 charge, construction zone and not much of choice of parking! Also $100 per day incident fees also not disclosed or not aware of. Anyways thankfully my room was supposed to have a view got a dark side ! Thankfully they changed but charged for an upgrade fee. Roof top is ok !
Nothing fabulous for that price next time I much prefer staying by nice airport hotels.

The breakfast staff was amazing, the front desk staff not so great. We had kings rooms (2 couples checking in separately) we both got queens and had to go back down to front desk to have the rooms changed and the staff acted like we were bothering them.
The hotel location and amenities, like the rooftop bar were great.

The staff was so nice. They offered great suggestions on places to eat & things to do. The rooftop bar has a beautiful view & the pool is nice. The construction next door made things a little inconvenient, but we will definitely return to this location.

When we arrived at midnight with our two small kids our we were told our room reservation had been canceled by someone who worked there the day before (apparently). Not one thing was done to try to rectify the situation (even though there were 8 rooms available) so we had to leave and find another hotel nearby that could help us.
