Os quartos Não estão muito bem cuidados, não é questão de limpeza, a questão São móveis muito velhos, Banheiro sem manutenção Nas válvulas de drenagem de água.

good location
the furniture in the room we stayed in was very severely damaged and one of the drawers wouldn’t stay closed. it opened into the only walkway past the bed. Someone had smashed the front of the biggest piece of furniture.

Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful.
It does need a bit of tlc. Carpets very dirty and stained, broken closet door, broken lamps and slow drains. Fridge had frozen popsicle mess in it.

Great location just off the interstate , very nice staff on the reception,polite and professional.
First of all we were tied after traveling and we had our pet with us. The room had a very musty smell when we walked in should have really complained then, the carpets are dirty and I'm sure the smell came from them. If it's a pet friendly hotel why on earth would you have carpets? Surely tiled floors would be more hygienic!! , everything else looked ok, no stains on the 2 beds I took off the top blanket and always bring my own plus pillow covers and own pillows...thank goodness I did as the pillows didn't smell too fresh.Fridge working well , bathroom clean and nice clean towels provided. The AC not good either room appeared too warm especially with the room smelling stale!! I also bought a travel fan that helped . Won't return.

Breakfast was good and the location was on a quite side street.
I was disappointed with not being able to checkout at 12 pm due to my tier level. I'm currently at a blue tier level and late checkouts are granted for gold and platinum tiers only. Really Wyndham!

For the most part, the room was clean. It had great AC. The television work very well. And a nice small refrigerator. The continental breakfast was nice as well. Also, the staff were all very nice. 
The carpet in room 106 had a mildew smell. It needed to be shampooed. The security latch was missing on the door. And the Wi-Fi did not work well in that room.  also, the pool needs a makeover and cleaned. I did not use it because of that reason.

Andrew Huff the guy at the front desk was great. We got in a little early and he allowed us to check in, Kudos to Andrew. The room was nice, the bed was great and the shower was nice. The breakfast was one of the best. They even have an ice cream cart in the lobby to satisfy any cravings you may have.
My wife and I have nothing negative to say.

Large rooms, easy access from highway.
There were 2 vehicles parked under the entrance portico. They were there the entire time we stayed at this hotel.
When I asked reception about them, "they belong to the owners"
This was inconvenient for customers especially in inclement weather.
Other than construction going on next door, was a quiet stay.

Location close to I 95 and decent places to eat. I liked the size of the room. The free breakfast was quite adequate.
Another La Quinta nearby let's pets stay for free, this hotel does not! We were charged $25 I wasn't expecting. I was also asked to read and accept a notice that our pet was not allowed on any furniture in the room. The furniture was quite worn and the wooden furniture was horrible. The sofa and chair were water/stain resistant, so nothing was delicate. The window for canceling our reservation had closed, so if I didn't accept the conditions, I would forfeit the money paid!

the fan in the bath did not work. so it got steamy in there. and the fridge was not the coldest , the back inside had thick ice. I also forgot two blouses in the closet and called a few hours after we left. they were pleasant on the phone and went to look for them, but they were gone. She said they are probably in lost and found, and gave me an email address for the manager, which I did immediately, have not heard back yet it’s now the next day, and I am waiting for a reply. She said they would be happy to mail them back to me, so I certainly hope they do. I don’t know who cleaned our room, but I did leave her a tip, so I’m hoping my items are in the lost and found.

what I did like about the property was the staff was friendly.
what I didn’t like about the property is that I request to check in at two and it was not ready. The toilet was dirty and I request for housekeeping to come clean it and no one came. I also request towels and washcloth from housekeeper.

Room was clean and adequate. Breakfast was good with hot items. Location is close to I-95 and convenient. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again
Hall carpets looked old and dingy. Bathtub was slippery and needs nonslip coating as has been noted in prior reviews.
There are many guests with dogs so be aware if you allergies.

The room was fairly nice and the main bed was comfortable. For a quick overnight that would have met our expectations. The night manager was very friendly and helpful
The blinds didn't properly cover the windows, and the lights outside were quite bright. The foldaway bed was very rusty with an old floppy mattress with a stain.

I made a reservation 2.5 weeks before I arrived. I even personally called the hotel and confirmed my reservation. We arrived at 2pm and the woman behind the desk stated that she could not find our reservation. She stated that we should come back at 3pm and that there would be other rooms available at that time.
We came back at 3pm and there was a man behind the counter who was extremely rude!! I advised that we had a reservation and he stated I should sit down as it would be a while. After several minutes he stated that we did not have a reservation and we needed to call booking. I attempted to call booking with negative results...could not not get thru to them. We then left and got another hotel. Then....we receive a call at 1pm from them which we ignored. The next morning I call them back and they stated that we would be charged for one night as we did not get the room. REALLY!! The staff at the front desk are extremely RUDE and unprofessional.

Location, layout and size of the room, mattress, coffee, and breakfast danish.
No bath towels in room, tv reception was snowy, rug going into room frayed. wood on door by lock looked like someone had tried to break in. The cabinet was badly chipped, especially on the base on either side of refrigerator.
When I asked the front desk clerk to put our freezer pack in the hotel freezer I was told our refrigerator had one at the top. it did not.
