Very relaxing - love the Dove wash products! First time I've seen these in a hotel - Nice!

We were spending the night in advance of the Taylor Swift concert. I was surprised by a clear plastic gift bag with snacks and water and which I could use to take to the concert. A nice touch. They had a friendship bracelet making station for the young folks. They went the extra mile - good job!

Check in very easy. Stayed to catch our flight out in the morning. Room was quiet and comfortable. However in our refrigerator there was 2 complimentary bottles. One of which was open and drank out of. It was a different brand of water. Only complaint I had.

Very disappointed in the fact that all the holidays inns around here are very difficult to tell apart on the map. I went to the wrong location at 1st and the lady at the counter was so rude that I almost cancelled my reservation for this location. Our first night was interrupted at 3 am by fire alarm set off by the same kids that were running around the hotel around dinner time almost running into us twice that evening.

No hot water first morning, only lukewarm at best. Breakfast and service was great. Dillon was pleasant working desk. Very nice hotel. Restaurant was nice. Would look to come back but they need to address lack of hot water in morning. Not a great way to wake up
