Excellent stay in Tamworth. The property is well located and within 10–15 minutes, walking distance to Parkway, shops, restaurants, hotels, etc. The apartments are very clean, modern, quite and have everything you may need. Property manager was extremely helpful and checking advising of various attractions and places to eat. Great for an overnight stay or a little longer.

We booked a last minute stay for the Tamworth Country music festival in a 2 bed townhouse. Whilst the townhouse was an older style we were really impressed with the space, and cleanliness. The kitchen equipment was well stocked if we had wanted to eat a meal in. 2 comfy lounges, lovely towels. Air conditioning also was great and much needed during the 38 degree days. It felt like a hotel where the management were focussed on ensuring a good hotel stay for their customers.

The apartments were easy to find. Very friendly and happy reception check-in. The room was clean and spacious.

Large roomy apartment

We liked the kitchen and dining area. Also the upstairs balcony was lovely.

Roseville is perfect if you want a motel type room with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. It's well laid out, bedroom and bathroom are each separate from the lounge/kitchen. Clean and tidy, I would stay here again for sure

We enjoyed our stay at The Roseville Apartments, the room was clean, comfortable and located reasonably close to the centre of town. I'll definitely stay there again

As a regular traveller for work, I have to say this is one of the best places I have stayed. They have thought about comfort of their customers from a fully working kitchenette to plush carpeting and a cloud like bed. I’ll be staying here again!

Very impressed with our apartment - one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. Spacious, very well kitted out & nice decor & colours. Very plush carpet & bedding. We were very happy there and Managers were very helpful about local sights to see.

Comfortable 2 bedroom townhouse style apartment with the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs, while the lounge, kitchen, laundry and 2nd toilet are all downstairs. It was very quiet and peaceful for most of the day and night; though there was a couple of neighbouring dogs that seemed to have a routine of barking early every morning for about 40 mins and then again at dusk. Only a minor quibble and you wouldn’t hear them if you were nearer the front. The beds were extremely comfortable and the ducted air con whisper quiet. It was very hot in Tamworth during our stay but the air con worked a treat keeping our apartment cool. The kitchen was well resourced with everything you would need for a few nights stay. There was also a full size laundry with modern washing machine and dryer which we didn’t use. Our apartment was very clean and tidy but looking a bit tired, especially in the bathroom which does need a makeover. The bath over shower set up was a bit of an issue for me as I have bad knees so I prefer a walk in shower. So I have deducted a star. The owner did mention that ours was the last apartment they had available and that it had not yet been renovated so this may have been addressed in the other units. Overall we were very comfortable and pleased with our stay,

Spacious little apartment for 2 or 3. Well equipped. Short walk to the Tamworth CBD across the parklands. Only downside was the road in front of the apartments is quite busy and the early morning traffic noise from about 5.30am was a problem. This only affects the apartments with the bedroom close to the road.

Roseville Apartments was very conveniently located to family amenities. It was adjacent to bike tracks, and was a short walk/ride from home to Bicentennial Park with a large children's playground. There was also a shopping centre within a couple of blocks.

Loved having a full kitchen. Very roomy accommodation. Great location. One small criticism was the condition of the pillows which all needed replacing.

We stayed 3 nights and within 5 minutes to Entertainment and Convention Centre. We thought it may be noisy at night time as it is on the main road, but at no time did we hear any traffic noise. Good size kitchen and large fridge for those wanting to cater for themselves. 4 mins to town centre with very nice shops.

The physical apartments are really nice and very clean. Drove 8 hours and arrived late to check in (I made a note of this when making my reservation) - most places call you but I didnt hear anything and then when I spoke to staff they sounded suprised and were quite huffy on the phone. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment because there were more than 2 guests (obvs) and I was told I needed to pay an additional $20 for each guest. Thats a cost that should be included when booking a 2 bedroom apartment. Pretty unhappy with that! Will not stay here again.
