The staff was very helpful and polite

The property is not well kept, the bushes need to be trimmed, the pool was dirty, the property seems to be closed up for the whole pandemic, it had a old smell, the place was ants infested and the windows was hard to open.

Pictures on expedia do bot reflect the reality .... Used comdon in the bathroom ... does rhis place was clean before we arrived ? Not sure ...

Gently used property, but very comfortable and great staff. It is not a 5 star , but the space is large, the pool is clean, and it is very well located, has bedrooms upstairs and full kitchen and living room downstairs. It is a 5 minute walk to a shopping center with food court and supermarket.

It was ok. Needs renovation. Sheets smell like bleach.

Very private, very clean, great management, very quite... have been there several times and will continue to return there. Great location for the airport. Very convenient shopping, less than mile away.

I have no complaints, except there could be some good TV channels.

Its good if your fam want to spend a vacation due to the setting.. Not much to do there

Lots of security on the premises (gated with a 24-hr security guard, security grills on all doors including the bedroom, safe in room). Minuses: The least friendly and most unhelpful staff we encountered anywhere. Although we had booked and paid a deposit using a credit card, when we arrived we were told the office was closed for the next 2 days (a holiday weekend) so we couldn't pay the balance using the credit card. Fortunately we had enough US cash to cover it.

Hotel was very old and shabby. There was a huge cockroach in bedroom. There was only few restaurant at neighbour. Swimmingpool was ok. Landlady was very nimen and helpfull.

The Gardens is a nice quiet facility. The standard of apartment is fairly basic.Cleanliness standards are good.Unfortunately two elements let this property down the first of which was the non-operational air conditioning unit in the bedroom,which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was also problematical and kept dropping out,which was an annoyance. Apart from that the staff were friendly and the property is 7 minutes walk from the Sovereign Shopping Centre

My stay in this hotel was good. Hallways were kind of narrow, there were little bugs in my room. Other then that it was fine, big tv, balcony, nice bathroom, good bed, free breakfast. If youre looking for a decent place you could stay here, but you could find a better place if youre willing to spend the money.

Private and secure accommodation. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Must have a vehicle.

The promise need to be up dated the kitchen and furniture.

One night stay to attend an early morning meeting the next day. The unit was a bit aged and old style, but a clean comfortable experience

Arrived in the evening, other than ants & some small bugs, specifically in the kitchen or where we left food out for long periods of time. The stay was good. Wifi worked well during my time there. Had private restroom & luckily did not have to share. Pad lock on both front and back doors, and had also a gate to the rooms & guard dogs, which served for more of an alert/alarm system at the front that helped increase my sense of safety. Just a five-minute walk there are a bunch of restaurants, stores, movie theater & more off the main road. The few staff members I did meet were nice, especially the female room attendant.

Got charged at the end more than ehat i had bern told

Got worried when no one was there to greet me on arrival at 9:30pm. Had to search for front desk person. lovely 2 bedroom, clean and spacious.. much better than a hotel room. However, I dislike burglar bars for the front doors and the interior. Wait staff was very accommodating(the best especially Norma and Mr. Smith). Front desk staff has no name tag.Each room has internet and cable TV. However, a TV guide would have been a great help, plus no room phone exist. If you need towels.. have to search for staff by walking to the front of complex or to the Staff quarters (Need to improve). Soaps land toiletries limited. Don't have ... will be out of luck for paper.The parking area is nice. Lovely flowers on property. location is perfect to get to and from airport, New Kingston, Constant Spring, Meadowbrook. Great place for a family.Kitchen is adequate.. nice space, however need updating for cookware, stove, glasses. Fridge is large for use by a family.
