They didnt respect my booking

The tv signal keep going out so you couldn't watch a show or movie without going out for most of the time. I also had two guest to visit with me and my friend in Hermosillo for the afternoon and nothing was mentioned on paying extra for them to hang out at the pool with us. The hotel maintenance person was the one who made the issue and then demanded that I go to the front desk. The front desk clerk told me they cannot swim unless I pay (this was not mentioned at the time of check in nor in any documents that was presented to me) I was told it would be 130 pesos for one and additional 70 pesos for the second person. When I went to get my credit card to pay, the front desk clerk change the amount to be 170 pesos per person. I had to pay 340 pesos since I did not want to embarrass my friends. Mind you I booked the room for 10 days, could have given an exception especially when there were large crowds at the pool on the weekends partying all night and I am sure they were not all staying at the hotel.

The room needs major update. Bathroom door did not close properly. The inroom safe didn't work. Used lotion was left with new amenities and some amenities were never replace for my 7 day stay.

The stay was fine, I have stayed here many nights. However the hotel is dated, the beds are as hard as a rock and the make you pay a deposit if you want the remote for the television. The pool area is excellent, very large pool. Hotel is secure, I didn’t try the restaurant.

The air conditioner wa great, pool is ok, service is good too, but cleanliness DEFINITELY needs improvement.

The room isn’t the most comfortable, but it is very spacious. The only bummer was the pool was closed, but they were in the process of doing renovations which is understandable. It isn’t the most modern looking hotel but the TVs are nice. No mini fridge though.

The hotel is a bit old and it can be noticed, but it has the all the commodities, such as wifi, restaurant, and pool, the room has a couple of issues, there is a lot of outside noise coming from the bathroom ventilation but if you close the door you can barely hear it, also there is a lot of light coming through the front door at night, because it has a gap on the side of the hinges and a lamp right on top of the door.Overall is a decent hotel, it just needs some remodeling.

The “bell boy” walked me to my room. Once we were there, he literally was inspecting the room when we got there. My room is suppose to be ready and clean when I get there. The closet doors were chipped from the bottom. It was an old room.

The overall conditions of the hotel were deplorable. Staff was unfriendly and looked for ways to make us pay for ruined conditions of rooms.

Front desk was fine checked me in without any problems. Room had two beds and only one bath towel and one floor towel. So, my lady used the big towel and I had to use the smaller towel and we used one of my shirts to stand on after our shower. Then there were the kids! A dozen or so kids running and jumping and screaming all day long into the early evening. Not sure why so many kids at a hotel but it was really annoying.
