Had to switch rooms due to the heater didn’t work in the room as well as holes in the curtains

This was the most unhygienic hotel we had ever stayed. There was a box of old Chinese takeout on the floor which was stinking the room there were bottles of water in the fridge that were open and drank out of. The bed sheets and towels had stains on them. The shower didn’t have warm enough water. I went with my family and was frustrated

We stay at Embassy suite almost always. And this one was very outdated, run down, and the shower had mold and was quit dirty. i love a nice & clean hotel. so other then that the staff were nice and the breakfast was wonderful.

I decorated the room for my husband’s 40th birthday weekend getaway. The room was spacious and amazing. I enjoyed the pure room and the hypoallergenic materials. I loved the shower and the Zero% hygiene products. Definitely will be coming back again.

I love embassy suites and have stayed here before however this room smelled like it had a water leak it smelled like water build up , mold couldn’t tell what it was we left the room for dinner and as soon as we opened the door the smell instantly smacks you in the face when opening the door I didn’t know why . Because the hallways smelled really clean.

Need updating in general, furnishings pretty beat up with a tear in our couch , tables a uffed up and the bed was less than comfortable .

Nice area. Hotel needs some updating. There is wear & tear on furnishings. Definitely some maintenance needs to be done in bathroom areas. I rate the staff as poor since we had to move rooms due to AC not working. Given a small room with no notice and no one contacted us the next day if we would like to move back to a 2 room suite. 3 night stay and not happy!!! I expect more with a Hilton name attached!

Poor staff at front desk - advised staff ahead of time (by email and by phone) I will be checking in very late (the next morning) after a redeye flight, but at check-in front desk had no understanding - charged me for all the nights I reserved as a "no show" and then double charge me for a "new" reservation. Took multiple phone calls to have that extra charge reserved. Will not stay there again.

The stand was not a bit helpful when we tried to use our Hilton card. Nobody knew how to use it so they just told us it didn’t work. The rooms were extremely small when they pulled out the flower couch. There was no room to walk between the bed and the pullout couch to go to the bathroom the rooms look like they were out there.

I got to my room and could tell a dog was there because I have allergies, I asked if they allow dogs and they said yes and then told me if i was allergic then that is not the best hotel for me. I was offened and angry and asked for a refund and found another hotel. The hotel was also not up to date to be new with TV options. The tv had no guide for chanels or viewing, the remotes did not work on both TV's the furniture was not in the best condition. I was just overall disappointed.

I expected this hotel to be the cream of the crop due to its reputation and spendy rates, it was not. The staff was very nice, really the only disappointment was with the room itself. The furniture was in disrepair, was the best way to put it. The desk/table had the screws coming out of the wall on one end, and the legs wobbly and worrisome on the other end. There was a vent cover half detached and partially pulled away from the drywall. Just not what I expected from Embassy Suites.

First morning was woken up at 8am by loud noise inside and outside the hotel, possibly some party. Was very obnoxious and not relaxing at all.
Toilet was dirty and toilet paper holder was extremely dusty.
My final morning before check out I wanted to shower before work and the shower didn't drain and started flooding. Tried to call the front desk with no answer so decided to go down myself and waited in line for 20 min to receive assistance and at that point had no more time to shower.
Very disappointing stay to say the least. Wanted a relaxing weekend and got the complete opposite.
