Hotel was very well located, close to the Moulin Rouge and metro. Hotel was what we paid for and the rooms were basic. Asked for an iron and ironing board but had to collect it ourselves from reception.

Yes, I would stay there again. I really enjoyed my stay at the Joke Hotel. It is an older hotel, but it has a lot of character. The hotel took excellent care of us. It is also close to the metro and attraction. I especially loved the treats they put out at 2 pm until 2 am. I called it my late night snack. I wish I took pictures of the set up, but it was very nice of them to do that.

Location was perfect. 2 mins walk to Blanche Metro.
Breakfast was great, and the free snacks on offer in the reception area all day were fantastic. The 5 bottles of water / soft drinks that are refilled from the mini fridge in the room every day are such a nice touch.
Can’t wait to stay here again!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. More than once i asked for help to get somewhere and they were mire than happy to help.
I had previous reviews about the breakfast, but they did not do it justice! There were so many choices of breads, cheeses, fruits, juices, meats, and eggs and pancakes. So nice to eat hearty at my hotel before heading out for the day.
My only complaint is that i could hear the uostairs guest stomping around and when they flushed their toilet :(.
But, the room was the perfect size, the A/C worked well and the bedding was comfortable. If i ever get to return to Paris, i would stay here again.

We love Joke Astotel! Walking distance to Montmartre and Opera district. Bus 68 took us to all of our other attractions with no problem. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Shout out to Phillppe who was helpful during our checkout. Would definitely stay here again with my family.

Cute little hotel with a big personality.
The room was clean and service worked very well. The size of the rooms are pretty small, which might be a slight issue with many suitcases, but otherwise the room works very well.
Breakfast was excellent and had a nice variety of different options.
Staff was kind and helpful.
Location is fantastic, right next to Moulin Rouge! Easy to travel around Paris by subway.
I can recommend this hotel and perhaps will visit someday again! :)

This was one of the COOLEST hotels I have ever booked! As soon as we walked in, we had to be let in by a buzzer and was greeted by a lovely staff member who made us feel so at home after traveling all day. Overall fun experience! It was quiet in the hotel and very clean!

Hotel was immaculately clean and the rooms were in great shape. The theme is humor, as you can tell from the hotel name and it was cutely incorporated in the rooms and throughout. The free minibar was a nice touch. An excellent value and super close to public transit, Montmartre, etc.

Property is outdated. Outlets don't work at all. I had to keep going to someone else's room to charge my electronics. Touch up paint and patched up holes were still visible. Very tight space.

We were stayed 4 nights with my wife and overall we highly recommend Astotel Paris for Paris Trip to anyone. Great location and connection to metro line nearby and also cozy rooms are very great. We could reach all must see places with metro line (Blanche). Rooms are very clean and had cleaning service each day.

Room was perfect. Hallways and public areas well taken care. Great breakfast buffet. Great location near Monmarte…. 5 minute walk to metro station. I would recommend this establishment 100%, and when I can visit Paris again, I will definitely stay here again

The hotel was very clean, efficient and exellently located for catching the Metro and walking. We felt very safe in the area.
The reception area had a plentiful supply of hot and cold drinks and snacks, all FOC which was very nice to try after a long day walking about.
We would definitely visit again.

The property was clean , the breakfast was nice , there were so many food options within walking distance and the metro was also close by as well. It felt very safe to navigate France as a foreigner and the hotel felt safe too.

A fun and comfortable hotel in a good location. Afternoon snacks were great amenities to take for walks around Paris. The room for 3 had a great pull out chair bed for our 4 year old. A good option for families.

I stayed overnight and left early so didn’t spend much time here but the place is decent in a good location. Don’t know if it’s common in hotels in Paris but there weren’t any cupboards - there was an area where I could hang my clothes though. Travelled multiple countries in Schengen area and for some reason my credit card didn’t work at this hotel. I was able to use my c.card at train stations and cafes in Paris. Also, didn’t receive a receipt for my cash transaction either. I didn’t have to use but they provide luggage storage facility as well.

Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Amazing for 3* had tea/coffee/water AND coke and juice in the fridge for free and in the evening they had free cakes and biscuits with tea/coffee at reception. Great location - walk to opera house. Moulin rouge stones throw. Staff made the difference. Very clean. Would highly recommend and go back. Excellent value for price

Great location, cafes and restaurants round the corner. very courteous staff. Phillipe at the front desk gave us good recommendations. Very Cheshire and spacious rooms. Decor is interesting and this hotel feels like a happy place. Would stay here again if I was visiting Paris

Room was tiny. No place to lay out suitcases even. Water and jive in mini bar was nice. Street noise was loud. Local in Pigalle area is lively.
