No better location, staff are like your own butler. Owner didn't charge me for the beers in the room and the team tracked and located my slops and shades that I left in a taxi. Rustic decor, close to all the stores and decent wifi. Understand that this is basic accommodation. Bathroom and toilet in the same space could be a little uncomfortable for some.

Close to beach , but no proper shack. Lighting in small cottages in insufficient. Need more lights.

Brilliant, really friendly, helpful staff. Nice, big, clean room with big balcony and good WiFi. There were also beach cottages for romantic couples that looked nice. Great location on the beach, well kept trees and gardens. Good food in their beach restaurant at a great price.

For the price it's not so bad and a good location in a quieter area of Baga beach. If you're expecting a 5-star place for this price then you're at the wrong place. But if you're looking for a 2-star place and this is in your budget it's a decent option. The good: Great beach shack attached to the property; staff was super friendly. Location was good if you're looking for something on the beach but a few blocks away from the rowdiness of Baga. Staff was also very friendly and helped us with all our requests. WiFi worked well. The not-so-good: Rooms could have been kept cleaner. Our room never got cleaned while we were there for 2 nights (in fairness we also never complained). Not sure how often/good they wash the bed sheets as they were quite itchy (again, we never complained as we had our own sheets anyway). AC worked but never really completely cooled down the room (room still hovered in the high 70s vs mid 90s outside).

It's about a 100 metres away from the beach and has pretty cottages. We stayed in one of the cottages and had a good time. Also, one of the guys who works here, Anand, was so helpful with everything. He made our stay better and it was great. He made available anything we wanted. I would totally recommend this place.

Over priced hotel and waste of money !

Bad place to stay, too expensive according to the room conditions, arrogant staff, no tv, no telephone in room, electricity failure, restaurant food quality was bad too, they denied to provide tea coffee after 1pm, no parking space they have, it's not accessible by car. Overall a bad hotel nd not worth it. Shining sand is another hotel with better services nd same rates.

We really enjoyed our stay in a room (rather than a cottage.) Location was perfect, staff very helpful, room pleasant though the bathroom was a bit rickety and any noise from the neighbouring rooms carried through.

Very good stay. Anand : person managing hotel was very helpful as well. Room tip: Go for A/c cottages as they are more comfy. The standard rooms don't have power backup, so you will be stuck without fan/AC which is very uncomfortable

Bed bugs, cockroaches in the bathroom, air condition did not work. All in all a terrible stay.

Staff is helpful ... Close to market and restaurents and Beaches.
