Hotel was nice, bed was comfortable. I do have a few suggestions. Outside seating area for smokers, better parking instructions and signage. The street/car noise was terrible until early morning hours. It was just a very "blah" experience.

was clean , parking was terrible, valet took over 45minutes, the breakfast we paid extra for was cold and tasted like it was cooked the day before , coffee was cold. the fruit on the bar was dried up and had no taste..I wish I had taken a photo but did not think about it.. we had to ask for hot coffee, it was awful!!!

It was a great trip and the hotel was very conveniently located near so much. I had two issues, 1) the door was super heavy- which made it loud when it closed (not good with a 4 year old. 2) there was really no parking. The valet people were no where to be found. The street parking was fine except the birds REALY liked my car. I would suggest parking in the lot across the street. I wish I had known that in advance. The staff was AMAZING. So friendly and helpful.

We arrived at the hotel about 6pm and were told that the accessible room with the roll in shower we reserved was given away. I was told that they had another accessible room but it had a tub/shower combination. Since I had already unloaded my handicap mother and suitcases and gave our car to the valet, I agreed. When we arrived at the room, it was clearly not accessible so called down to the desk and was offered a King room with a couch bed. As soon as I said that we needed to talk about it, the room I had reserved was suddenly available.
We were there 2 nights and the only friendly employees were the valets.
They also charge $14.99 for the same buffet breakfast that I had free at the other hotels on our trip.

When checking in I was charged twice for my stay. Deposit and all. When we noticed it we went back to the front desk and was told there wasn’t anything they could do about it and it would take 3-5 business days for it to come back. The manager said she released the funds but still nothing. That’s just a lot of money to “accidentally” take twice. When we came back up to the front desk the second time a different guy told us they have been double charging people a lot lately and that’s just what he is supposed to tell people that it’ll take 5 business days.
Also.. parking is terrible. You have to use their $23 a day parking for valet or use public parking

We checked in a little early but our experience was very good. We left the car and went out throughout the town for our little excursion. We came back and had a very good experience. When we come back to this town, we are coming back to this hotel.

A/C didn't work so we had to change rooms. That seemed like a pain in her ass. Next trip to Chattanooga we will check in across the street.

It was absolutely wonderful, I loved the cleanliness and soft comfortable bed. I loved the dove products in the bathroom. Our over all stay was great and will definitely be staying here again in the future

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Downtown Chattanooga is walkable and we enjoyed dinner at the Mayan Kitchen followed by a nightcap at Home. Loved the atmosphere of Home.

Dude at the desk was the biggest jerk ever. The lobby, elevator, and hallway of my room reek of weed. Luckily, my room was so mildewy that it didnt matter. Stayed here to svae $40 and I got what I paid for.
