The hotel was very nice & clean the only thing I dislike was I was there for pulmonary reason (lungs) and the smell of the hotel was way strong it was hard for me to breathe and the down stair bathroom was worse I think you should find a pleasant order not so strong that’s my only complaint ,Every one not so overwhelming smellwas nice pleasant and courteous.

The hotel overall was pretty nice. The only thing that didn’t sit right with me was went to get in bed and the sheets had a piss stain right in the middle of the bed.

Very nice, clean and quiet hotel.
Our only complaint was the low commode, which was difficult to get up from given our age and no grab bars.

I came here for a one night stay. The hotel is beautiful inside. The room was so spacious and very nice. The bed was comfortable. The shower amenities were a favorite of mine. All Dove products provided from shampoo/conditioner to body wash to hand soap and body lotion. I never heard anyone else beside us or around us. My son enjoyed the pool a lot. It was just 3ft deep all around so perfect for my 8 year old. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. I will most definitely be staying here again. The only thing I didn’t like was the pizza we got in the bar downstairs. Just wasn’t the greatest taste but the other food looked good.

My wife was in the hospital and the hotel staff were very helpful.

The bathroom entrance jamb was missing a piece of tile and trim. The door jamb into to the room was damaged so the door had to be slammed hard to close. Staff at the front desk where friendly and helpful along with the restaurant staff.

The Hotel staff was amazing!!! From check in to check out, everything was taken care of. The room was the nicest I've ever stayed in, this property will be a repeat for me.

In General, it was nice place to stay. Staff in front desk is absolutely kind and supportive.
Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend.

We had an ok stay. We checked in around 4:30 and our room was not ready. We decided to go into the restaurant and have a drink and some food. Around 5:15 I checked on our room. The man who completed our check in was not very nice in fact rude. We were headed to a concert downtown and we had 15 minutes to change clothes and connect with our Uber. I spent over $800 for 2 rooms for one night and I felt slighted.

The location is great if you are visiting the Cleveland Clinic but the hotel cleanliness standards were not up to par.

It was clean and beds comfortable and safe feeling. The onsite dining options were top notch. Valet was great fir parking. Wheelchair friendly. Fantastic employees there. We needed a bath tub stop or plug, they provided or fixed that within minutes. I would stay again. Well run hotel.

Nice hotel. Very convenient to TempleLive at Cleveland Masonic via public transportation. We ate all of our meals in town (dinner and breakfast the next morning) at the hotel because there weren’t many local options. The food at dinner was amazing and affordable, but the service was so slow and I think the server was new - she didn't seem familiar with the menu. Breakfast was basically a continental breakfast that you had to pay for. It was fine, but not a good value. Same stuff that is free at other hotels. We had a very pleasant server who was wonderful, but our hostess was very snippy and rude.

This hotel was very conveniently located to the Cleveland Clinic (about 4 blocks), was quiet, safe and convenient to the hospital with choices as far as dining. This property is also close to the Cleveland Art Museum as well as the Cleveland Botanical Garden.

Quiet and clean. Nice bar area and coffee shop which was convenient. Downside is paying $25 a day for parking and having to pay for breakfast.

Very clean and conveniently located hotel. However, we found that the place is seriously understaffed at this time. As a result the wait at the check-in desk was pretty long and the wait to get food was unacceptable (they had one poor woman running around operating both the register and preparing food for a line of about 10 people.) When we inquired about the waits, we were told that the hotel hadn't prepared for the onslaught of guests. But that explanation didn't fit - Case Western's orientation was that week + a nearby festival was happening. Seemed like it was a fairly predictable thing.

In an age where customer service is failing badly, this hotel sets the standard. Extremely friendly and empathetic staff are perfect for those of us staying due to medical treatment and emergencies at Cleveland Clinic.

They charge a lot because it is the only hotel chain anywhere near Cleveland Clinic. The staff is apathetic and they force you to use the valet service racket linked to the hospital while their area is basically abandoned other than the hospital. The food is below average and expensive and the staff is inattentive.
