Room very small, seems like a converted cupboard by stairwell

Lovely hotel, staff lovely, however we paid for executive twin room and it’s far from executive, basically just basic, shampoo dispenser off the wall lots of dust in the window, we used the car park which is massively over priced, would I stay here again ?

The hotel itself, is fine and looks the part. Checking in was a pleasure and staff attentive. Had a business meetingbwith a colleague, I think £13 for 2 teas was a bit excessive.
The rooms were as you would expect, clean and nice decor, although no USB points.
Bes was comfy but one of the worst night sleeps as the air con was constantly on and too loud. Complained about it in the morning, but no follow up action from the hotel staff. Spoilt a reasonable stay.

The stay was good. Comfy rooms and bed. Only issue was that the breakfast was cold. Breakfast was open at 7am but food was out 1 hour before. For £18 you would expect better

Lovely hotel but few things let the room down. Key holder to make the lights work was hanging off the wall. There was a large stain on the carpet and the TV remote only worked intermittently

No one should stay at this place when it is cold outside. Inadequate heating in the rooms

I left a review and mentioned that was upset that I was given the wrong room number at check in. After a very difficult journey, having to go up to floor 8 and back again was not ideal. However the response was apologetic but I really do not appreciate being told for future reference I should be aware that my room number is written down on the card holder. It was written down, but it was wrong. To imply that I’m that stupid is not the correct response to feedback, especially from a guest relations manager.

Hotel was terrible for 4 stars, room was the size of a closet, staff unwilling to help when we needed help, air con was not working.

Parking was expensive it only halves when you book direct. Being a platinum vip member I expected at least a slightly discounted rate. Although at any hotel I’m yet to see any room upgrade's offered or food discount as advertised when booking on the site.

Stayed for a couple of nights for a concert. Parking was on-site and very secure. Uber was easy to ise from here. Indian restaurant within the hotel was gorgeous. Not so sure abiut the area, didn't feel we wanted to venture out walking, but then we didn't have too

The staff are so friendly and helpful it makes a massive difference to your stay. Not to mention the ambience and decor - it makes you feel quite special.

Running machine has been broken for 4 months.
Multiple buttons on elevators don't work.
Television volume limited to 15 even though TV is miles away from the bed on a wall bracket.
I have been staying here for years, and the hotel needs updating given the price charged for a room.
Parking cost is ridiculous... £24 per night.
Street parking available for £2.

Very nice hotel which is clean, with professional staff, and is very well located. Limited options in terms of dining if you don’t like Indian cuisine but you can always order for delivery. 👍

Free room upgrade on check in. Helpful and knowledgeable check in staff. Spacious and clean room, spotless and modern bathroom.
Downside, the bed was a little hard and we found the barman on Saturday night, rude as he was mid conversation with us then stopped us to speak to another customer who wanted his drinks sent up to his room, without any polite excuse me, or other explanation. Only reason the service lost 1 star.

Absolutely loved the cleaner, I think her name was Katrina. She was so friendly, she cleaned my room very fast, ensured I had everything fresh & asked if she could be of anymore help in anyway (which was very appreciated, although I didn’t need anything). The hotel itself was immaculate, I really enjoyed my stay here.

Hotel at the end of Broadstreet so a bit of a walk back to the ICC. Beautifully presented hotel room very clean Staff helpful however the two lifts to get from the ground floor to the rooms is rather than usual

The reception staff I met upon my arrival displayed the highest level of hospitality I have ever experienced.

Property was clean and tidy. Staff were all friendly. Only 2 minor things to point out. 1 bedside lamp in the room was covered in strange brown stains. And the shower could use an extra grab rail as for those with slight mobility issues could slip on the wet floor as the nearest rail is more than arms reach when stepping out of the shower. Breakfast was lovely, and much better than other local hotel alternatives. Would stay again.

We were welcomed & checked in by the lovely Marta, she was very polite & helpful. The bar staff were great too & they had a lovely terrace that we sat out in for a couple of drinks before our event. Checking in & checking out all went smoothly. Gorgeous hotel, comfy beds.

Room was spacious and clean, staff were all really lovely. I had an issue at first and got moved straight away. Breakfast was great tho a little weird with having to get coffee from the bar area and not the breakfast restaurant. No expedia gold rewards offered at all tho and note the coffee facilities are just a kettle which is disappointing for a hotel like this.

This hotel was about 10/15 mins walk from the Birmingham Utilita Concert Arena which is why we booked it.
The lifts to the rooms were a bit of a faff to use as you had to swipe your room key/card
