Clean and silent room, decent and helpfull staff, enough choice for breakfast

Booked a family suite, room was very spacious, floor to ceiling windows, bright and airy. Staff were lovely from check/in to bar/ restaurant. Never had breakfast. Very central location within easy walking distance to the old town/ Rhine with lots of restaurants and bars.

Excellent place to stay for a business trip. Good shower and spacious food.

Hotel is five minutes walk from D-Wehrhahn station which is again only ten minutes from the Airport by train. D-Wehrhahn has a tram stop three stops from the Alstadt so travelling to and from is very easier especially if you save money and use Dusseldorf Card (Travel cards). There is also a mini market and a Very Good - Copenhagen Cafe on the corner on route to the hotel which is very recommendable. Have no complaints whatsoever for the hotel, used it twice and will us it again. Tony

I was staying for 11 nights and I enjoyed every second in this executive room…my room was getting house keeping every day and changing the towels daily….really nice and peaceful and perfect property

There were no pampering amenities like house slippers, sewing set, shoe cleaning set, cosmetic extras like there were before, a pen, mini bar/refrigerator. Room cleaning on demand only, only then you got tea bag etc. refill incl. toilet paper. Room was not properly checked after last guest left: safe not working properly, shower door seal was loose, carpet ending on wall was loose.
All in all my stay was pleasant, the staff was very friendly and eager to help, the hotel is clean, breakfast was very good. The negative things I mentioned
above, probably all because of need of savings to the hotel and environment issues - gave me a little bad feeling comparing with my last stay.

Room size was good. Room was clean, staff courteous, polite & very helpful. Very nice bar & good breakfast too. Would definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit. Quite enjoyed the walk to Altstadt from the hotel only 12/15 minutes away.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff has been accommodating. Helal Popal was often at the desk and was kind and helpful. Overall, he made the stay at the hotel easy and problem-free.

This hotel is ideally situated one train stop from the main train station easy access to and from airport. And only 3 tram stops from old town. Room was very well furnished and very clean, made for an enjoyable stay.

Stayed whilst lockdown was easing, it could not have been easy for the management to plan for all the safety requirements, and I felt we were one of the first guests to stay after the restrictions were put into place....
All I can say is that as normal, the staff were courteous, helpful, and extremely welcoming.

Very nice hotel that is close to many attractions in the city. Parking was an ease because they have a decent size garage, or you can choose to park on the street if you can find a spot. Garage parking is a charge of 18€; little high but you are in the city.

A nice hotel. Modern, upmarket, clean and with great staff. A late check-in and early departure meant I couldn't sample the full range of hotel facilities but what I did was excellent. Great breakfast
