Nice!

The property is good in image, but in reality, it’s another story. If you look for convenience and quality, this place is not yours.

Staff was nice and helpful and accommodated our needs. Nice pool and garden area. Close enough to walk to Yaya‘s center so we like that. Only problem was that some money went missing from a backpack in our room.

I picked this listing because of the reviews and was booked to say for two nights. Check-in was a breeze and staff were helpful even though I booked last minute but that's where the positive experience ends. I stayed in the studio facing one of the construction sites. This wasn't the issue. The rooms appear MUCH nicer in the pictures. In reality, the studio i stayed in was dim, dingy, and plain rundown. The balcony door had no key and it kept opening throughout the day and night, letting in cold air (on a freezing night) and mosquitos (no mosquito nets). The bathroom window didn't close either. The bedding and the cushion on the chair were not clean. As a solo travel, I opted for this place because the reviews on here as well as other website stressed that this is a safe and quiet accommodation. Noisy is understatement. It seems there were parties taking place all over the compound and continued on until 5 am. I received a call around 3 am and shortly after drunk men were banging at my door. After this incident, I wrote an email to management indicating that I will not be staying the second night. Before checking out that same morning, I informed the guy at the reception and he indicated that I would be receiving a refund or credit for the 2nd night. I am still waiting to hear back from management. If you're a person who loves to party or you simply don't mind the noise, then this place might be suitable for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor, and avoid at all costs.

place is in a mess, there is on site construction going on which the property never mentioned on the booking site, noise and dust starts at 8am to 6pm daily, booked for 5 nights but moved out after 2 nights and manager Joseph agreed to refund 3 nights but am still waiting for refund after almost 3 weeks, been reminding them of my refund but they dont reply their emails nor does hotel.com acknowledge my refund claim. avoid this place at all cost

The place is descent but not great. Please do yourself a HUGE favor and avoid it on the weekends. I had a 7 day stay and out of those, Friday, Saturday and Sunday were the worst of those. Lots of noise from people partying downstairs to a fight that started one floor above me. I contacted the front desk and was told they needed two workers to come up and investigate so the guy had to wait for backup while the noise continued. I didn't sleep well for those three nights. I also saw some people coming from a nearby apartment to the pool area. Not sure why the workers didn't at least check to verify whether they belonged there. Please regulate your partying/noise problems and it would be a descent place to stay.

Fabulous property in a great location.

The apartment is nice and clean. It takes 15mins to YAYA centre where you can find something to eat there.

Friendly staff and quiet secure location. Room are clean, power and water available at all times.

Very beautiful property for starters and the best front office staff that were consistently helpful. Thanks to Joy, Lawrence and Mishi for making my stay better. The only criticism I have is the breakfast area needs better service in terms of cleanliness of tables and equipped with silverware and reduce the wait for specialty food. However, I'll be back for my 3rd visit.

An excellent place to stay that is within easy walking distance of the YaYa mall. Be sure to use Uber when getting around.

The staff and management respond to needs in an effective manner. They work very hard to make guests comfortable. The Internet was spotty at times and there are no cleaning services on Sundays. This can be uncomfortable. Suggest reminding guests of this so they can be prepared for this. One bathroom had no water in the shower on Saturday into Monday. Overall the stay was pleasant.

We had a very nice stay at Woodmerr Serviced Apartments. The apartment was large ans airy with two levels and a spiral staircase between them. Comfortable bedd in the two bedrooms. A balcony with a fantastic view ove the pool and the surroundings. Serviceminded personel and good security. There is also a gym that we went to that was quite ok. We would certainly stay there again should we go to Nairobi.

This is a very nice option for staying near the heart of Nairobi. The apartments are clean, well-staffed, close to nearby shopping and very comfortable. Definitely a nice budget-friendly option in Nairobi!

A comfortable apartment with a nice pool and sauna in a central location near YaYa shopping mall and some good restaurants such as Cedars and Osteria

Not the best place to be, unfriendly staff aNd dirty rooms with very old and battered towels. Staff were unhelpful and at one point I had to wait for an hour for them to bring toilet paper to my room!

Close to the CBD well maintained considering it has operated from 1982 old is gold

I loved Woodmere service apartments, so unique! The foliage was so beautiful! Miriam at the front desk was so professional and helpful!

Very Small shower, Only a soap as the Things in the bathroom. Is warn Down, but it is cozy. i had a small Place that was unfortunatly not how i was expected, that why only 2 Nights. If the accomodations and shower would been bigger i probably would stayed on as the rest was Nice and service from staff was good. The Place comes up on GPS as a different adress. So the transport People had often trouble finding the Place.

Woodmere is becoming dated and tired, BUT it is still a good place to stay on a room only basis. My Economy Studio apartment had mould on the ceiling and walls of the bathroom. The towels provided were also old. No shampoo is provided, no drinking water, no tea or coffee sachets either, unlike most other Serviced Apartments. The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. The room was clean. Good wifi. No aircon but fans are available.

Great stay at Woodmere. The room was clean and the environment was quite peaceful. The front desk staff was also very friendly and they provided great customer service. Would definitely plan to stay there during my next visit to Nairobi

Rooms are nicely decorated and staff very friendly.a little touch of paint in the bathrooms especially for my unit would add more charisma to these cute units.
