The room was spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean with very nice utilities. There is lovely river with beautiful garden and peaceful scenes. If you want peace and relaxation this is a great place to retreat. The breakfast presented in a very inspired and well thought out presentation and tasted fantastic. The croissant tasted fresh and all the strawberry and berry fruits were sweet. " This is a place to be proud of.. ". We were met by Maggie who was a charming, happy welcoming person. The whole experience was relaxed and quiet it a great place to take a break away in the great countryside.

This is a lovely place to stay. We stayed in the coach house - which is separate from the main house (literally a 1 minute walk from it for breakfast) - and it was lovely. There was a seating area by the lake where we were able to enjoy a few glasses of Prosecco before going to dinner. I recommend it.

I thought that this property out shines its reviews. It is extremely friendly, relaxing and welcoming. It's old fashioned in the sense that it is a traditional B&B. No bar or eating establishment other than breakfast and that is why we booked it. To get fresh air, find a local pub for dinner and get the best nights sleep of our lives. I would go back just to wake up to that view and the breakfast.

Fantastic. This is our second stay here and it was wonderful again. Beautiful and peaceful setting, gorgeous rooms, Maggie is a wonderful host. Highly recommended.

Lovely house and beautifully peaceful

We had a fantastic stay at Goss Hall with our labradoodle Baxter. The house is beautifully decorated and the grounds are enviable. Our room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this B & B to anyone, but especially those looking to take their pups on holiday!

Great B&B. Maggie was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is just gorgeous in a beautiful, quiet, relaxing location. It was just like home. The room we had was spacious and charming. We will definitely return for a longer stay.

Absolutely wonderful B&B (lap of luxury). Having read the rave reviews I was concerned it would not live up to expectations but it absolutely did. The house and grounds are stunning, the rooms are gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. Maggie is a perfect host and goes out of her way to accommodate your needs - she makes it seem so easy to do so you wonder how other places can get it so wrong. Highly recommended. Other bonuses: the location is blissfully quiet but superb for exploring all that Kent has to offer. Very near Sandwich which is beautiful and full of great places to eat. They are very dog friendly!

We really enjoyed our stay at the bnb. It was very convenient for being able to drive to all the local coastal towns- sandwich, deal, Ramsgate etc. The room and bathroom were a great size and very clean. Only thing that could be improved is the breakfast- fresh croissants and more vegetarian options would have been great.

Pretty B&B in the country, close to local town and good for walks

We stayed in a family room, Harlequin, which was excellent with super bathroom.Everything about Goss Hall feels comfortable and very relaxed. It is very peaceful with wonderful grounds including a lake with ducks etc. Maggie is a wonderful host and went out of her way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay even offering us a spare bedroom when snoring became an issue !! Our 3 day stay was during a very cold spell but our rooms were very warm and cosy. Nearby Sandwich has some great pubs with excellent food and Goss Hall is a great base to explore the area.

We stayed here for one night recently and loved the place, we had a large family room which was fantastic,with a roll top bath in the on-suite and one of the most comfortable beds that we have ever slept in.The grounds were absolutely stunning with a great pond and a stream running through tooThe food was good quality with a good selection of cereals, pastries and other continental offerings, but the only thing that we found to be disappointing was the lack of decent vegetarian options for a cooked breakfast, all that was available was eggs, tomatoes or toast. I would strongly recommend having a good veggie sausage or two available and maybe some mushrooms or hash browns.

Maggie is a great host! We stayed in both the main house, and in the annex. The annex is brand new, with only 2 rooms, so it is private and comfortable, with modern decor. A refrigerator in the common room. The main house is beautuful, decorated much more traditionally. Breakfast was charming and good. Parking was easy and plentiful. Easy to find with a large sign on the main road. The grounds are lovely, with a deck near the water. No lift. Central heating turned on morning and evening. Huge bathtub and shower. Wifi in main house only.
