We went with 6 children we had the master suite 4 beds and 1 sofa bed , dinning table 3 bathroom the kids were super happy staff is friendly. With children what more can you ask for and price was in our budget.

We stayed at this hotel just one night before we went to our resort the next day. It was a clean, basic room. Quiet, and located close to many bars, restaurants and local markets.

At the north end of 5th Ave. Convenient x close but not right on the avenue x a little distance from the noise x activity. Easy access to northbound 5th ave to public beaches (less known). Roof top cafe 👍, good food, very friendly. Roof top pool. Front lobby staff all very nice, accommodating. Great place for the rate. (Would like an in room mini fridge). 👍😁

will not recommend to stay. We got the room very close to reception which had a lot of noise and they didn't change the room upon request. Additionally, the bathroom had some ant colony which I told them but they didnt really do anything about it.

It was my 3rd stay there. The staff is always helpful and location is perfect.

My suggestion is that all the rooms should have a mini fridge. thanks!

Good hotel to stay at in PDC, we loved the pool at the rooftop and the location is great. Only thing is that I did not expect our bathroom to be in our room and not separated by a proper door. Other than that, we were pleased

The quality of the rooms could have been a lot better, the washrooms are very tiny and there are no options for a soap case, overall the washroom area is very small and not up to the mark compared to the type of hotel it is.

Breakfast was limited and from the menu, not a buffé. The room was not very clean and when we turned the light off at night the cockroaches crawled out. But what else can we expect from a three-star hotel. The hotel is around the corner from 5th avenue in the quieter part. The roof terrace with a perfectly ok roof pool and sunbeds. Go to buy fresh coconut around the corner for 25 pesos instead of 70 on 5th.

Pros This hotel was located right next to 5th but it wasn’t like in the middle of everything so it was good. The staff were nice and tried to help to their best efforts. The pool was pretty indeed ne looked like the pictures. The price was good for the place. Cons Do not ask the staff to help you with a taxi because the will overprice for like 3x. Why do you think they have more pictures of the pool than anything else in this hotel. The rooms were okay. The floor looked like it was “painted” years ago and as time went on it’s been clearing and doesn’t look so great. As seen in one of the pictures on the site, the sink IS NOT IN THE BATHROOM. It’s the first thing you see when you walk in so be warned. The cleaning lady actually leaves a small envelope so you can tip them ne I found this was my first time seeing this ever. It was interesting but at least she did a great job. The sheets and towels were okay but one throw pillow that was on the bed smelled so bad. Like it’s been there since the opening of the hotel and never been washed smh. OTHER The amenities available are just what is listed. The only thing they have is a pool. There’s no washing machine or dryer ir any other common amenities you’d see in other hotels. I advise to find a laundry place near the hotel because you may need it. Overall it was an okay stay. Pay more attention to the pictures so you won’t be shocked upon arriving but it was an okay stay.

This was an awesome stay! Nice staff, nice vibe and walkdistance from nice places to eat and nice beach! Amazing! I hope i'll be back soon!

The hotel is dated and is in need of some serious repairs. Our balcony was not safe to walk out on the area is a little rundown. It has an abandoned building on one side, and a series of older buildings on the other side. The location is perfect though. It’s literally a three minute walk from Quinta Avenue. There is ample parking and the staff was phenomenal.

The location has limited parking and when full you have to park outside on the street. The property is outdated the only saving grace to this place is the staff front desk and cleaning anything else is just average

It is very quiet, the workers are all very friendly, you can walk to the beach, 5th avenue, many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the surroundings, the pool located on the roof with very nice views

The experience could have been awesome if they clean the room and leave clean towels and sheets. When I open my bed it was, really!!!

Staff was friendly and good to work with. The courtyard area and rooftop area were beautiful! Breakfast is cooked to order every day and is great! This is a great option if you are on a bit of a budget. Still a nice and beautiful hotel with good breakfast without breaking the bank! Things to note: The rooms are not super sound proof so you can hear a lot of what is happening outside the room, if you are a light sleeper this might not be the best option. The bathroom door for our room was also glass which was totally fine for just my husband and me, but just something to keep in mind if you want a little more privacy.

Primitive. No fridge, a/c worked, pool on the roof, had to pay for coffee. You get what you pay for.

Low water pleasure in shower, almost none. Beds very comfortable

Hotel conveniently located just half block from 5th avenue but in the quiet area. Beautiful garden rooftop but pool is not heated. Breakfast was ok. The rooms are basic but bed and pillows super comfortable. The only downer is that there was not hot water in the shower but we only stayed for 1 night so i'm not sure if it was a one time issue.
