The staff, location near the airport, and cleanliness of Terida Airport B&B are excellent. I had an issue with cost because I had a third person and they were great and worked it out for me. The rooms are very clean and the kitchen area is wonderful with everything you need.

Communication was excellent from the very beginning. The arrival greeting was personable and informative. This family appears to be oriented around making sure guests are cared for. Important note: I almost canceled because their listing shows a check-in at 4:30. It's actually 3:00. This property is in a sweet and private gated neighborhood. I missed the not-so-obvious driveway (situated between two road front buildings) the first time but it's difficult to navigate and drive by yourself. Adriana met me out front. An appealing feature is the lack of stairs so it will be easy for anyone with mobility concerns or obnoxious bags. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom is a generous size with a great shower The a/c and fan both worked very well. I appreciate small things such as the long shelf great for laying out your stuff, the table with 2 chairs and the conveniently placed electric outlets. So happy not to have to crawl under furniture or behind the bed! Being in the flight path, I was worried about possible noise but I was pleasantly surprised that their soundproofing does a good job inside the room. Plus, only a couple of planes passed over and nothing during the night. I also heard nothing from other rooms. I got a lovely night of sleep. I usually spend the night before an early flight back to the States and will definitely stay here again. Leaving at appallingly early hours is easy and nobody gets disturbed. This is a perfect property for travelers needing access to the San Jose Airport and many car rental companies. The property is gated, with street parking in front of the facility. The open kitchen allows guest access to use of fridge, microwave, coffee and water and eating area. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable with spacious bathrooms. No AC but ceiling fan in room. Note that this is a CASH only facility which caught me by surprise. The host was also gracious to allow us to drop luggage early before the 3 pm check in.

This is a great place very near the airport. Super convenient very friendly host. Very economical but very comfortable with everything you need. Vacation is a bit noisy but that's what you get next to the airport. Will definitely come back!!

We spent one night on our way back home. This hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. The owners, Darren and Adriana were very nice taking care of our needs and making our stay comfortable. We liked the convenience of having coffee and tea available, as we had to depart very early.

Great helpful host- very well secured property with locking gates. Nice outdoor eating and cooking area with well supplied dishes and pans. Good clean refrigerator and close by grocery stores. Limited dining in area and probably not that safe to wander around after dark, but all in all a good stay for your trip in or out of the San Jose airport.

Great accommodation close to the airport!

Perfect location close to airport and car rental agency. Make sure to get gate code prior to arrival . It is a bit tricky to find, down an alley but felt safe behind secure gated area. Place very clean and comfortable for our one night stay. Bed was comfortable with fresh kinens and blanket. Air con and shower both worked well. Darren is an excellent communicator , friendly and organized. Booked us a ride to airport for early flight. Has a common area with fridge, coffee and.sink shared amongst other patrons. Would definitely stay again. Consider supporting this family business rather than a chain hotel!

While I only stayed at the B&B overnight for my early morning flight, they offer breakfast, transportation and the owners are incredibly sweet and kind. The whole environment feels very safe and the property is very clean and cozy. It was a great stay before my flight and I highly recommend!

Clean, friendly & quaint family-owned hotel super convenient to the airport. Great for a the one night we needed before traveling. The owners was very accommodating with our very late check in. We felt very safe in the gated community.

Good communications leading up to the stay. Very convenient location to restaurants and flying out the next day. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Fans included (no A/C). Nice private patio area!

After staying at the Terida B&B I can understand why it’s was rated so high. It was a comfortable stay with great service. I would definitely recommend and stay again. B&Bs typically aren’t my preference because I prefer a more private experience however this B&B offered private hotel like rooms.
