Stayed here for a golf trip to Fields Ranch at the new PGA Frisco golf headquarters. Excellent hotel, upscale amenities and friendly, helpful staff.

The staff was amazing and it’s a nice place to stay. We were traveling from out of town for a wedding and they were able to get us in our room early so we could get ready. I would definitely stay again.

I was in town for my Besties 50th, the staff were very accommodating and kind. The hotel restaurant was ok but it was great to have more options in walking distance. Beds were comfortable and love the location as a long time Cowboy fan- it was great. Pool was nice, cabanas were cute and Rachel, our Bartender Sunday was incredible. Would definitely recommend to friends and will be back.

As always a beautiful place to stay. Restaurants within walking distance. Cowboy practice field is a nice place to visit and a place the kids can run around.

I let the front desk know three days in advance that I was going to be checking out because of an emergency. I checked out, gave them my keys. They assured me they would refund me for my unused nights and when I got home, they changed their story and would not refund me, would they give me an answer? Why ?? Three whole nights and I gave them a days notice ahead of time and they charge me for the whole time.Crooks

The entire stay was good only had an issue with the power going out but it wasn’t the hotels fault the whole block was out. The only issue was valet lost a part of my keys and I had to drive back to get them. Other than that everything was good

Booked a night to celebrate my mom’s birthday! We had such an amazing time, our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We loved spending the afternoon at the pool, the dj was awesome, the entire vibe was so fun, and welcoming. The pool bar and staff were great too, the turkey club was delicious. The bartenders in the restaurant on Saturday evening were amazing, they made my mom feel special for her birthday. Highly recommend the Omni, was one of the best hotel stays ever.

Location is incredible for events at the arena. Great food at the restaurant/room service—best breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel stay. Very friendly staff and great amenities. Worth it!

The area had a lot of good restaurants but there were loud cars at all hours of the day and night. Not sure what that was about or if it was a particular event we were unaware of but it was annoying. The hotel itself was awesome!
