Such a great location… Everything was easy to get to. Room was great… dishwater and appliances were wonderful and room was so spacious with a place to put everything. The room was cleaned every other day. The gym was very nice and I used the treadmill every day of the 5 days. Great pool. Only downfall was the breakfast. Only had veggie omelettes one day and all others were cheese omelette or sausage and cheese biscuits. Hubby won’t eat cheese or waffles and there was no bacon. So he had very limited options. The vanilla yogurt bar was great for me as well as cereal and oat. Coffee 24/7 was another plus. Laundry was convenient and clean.

My family and I had an awesome visit. H2 suites is one of our favorite hotels. My experience was great from check in to check out. The breakfast was nice, nice selection. The front desk rep were very courteous, our rooms were very spacious and clean

stayed 4 nights and maids never come in to clean the room. said something to the front desk twice that we needed wash cloths and they sent some up but still never came in to clean the room. and at check out the lady at the front desk just shrug it off and said sorry

Nice room! Had several discussions with Expedia customer service. The first one didn’t go well as I was told I had no reservation despite having an itinerary and confirmation number from Expedia. The second conversation went well and I was assured that there would be no charge for changing our reservation. Got to the hotel and was told that there was no reservation!

Our room had a weird smell in it but once we were in the room for about 5 minutes we got used to it. Overall I have nothing negative to say except for one thing. I'll probably not go back as this is a dog friendly hotel. We weren't aware when we booked. Too many dogs inside. Some folks had 2 dogs per person. If I would have seen 1 or maybe 2 dogs I would have been okay but they were everywhere. I can't feel totally clean in a hotel with dogs everywhere. Other than that the amenities were great, location was great, breakfast was great, room was clean, staff was helpful.

Our trip was cut short due to a family emergency, but the short time we were there the staff and hotel was excellent. They accomadated us very well due to the circumstances and will definitely be back for our next trip there.

Rooms large enough for 6 adults to sleep . Full size refrigerator and kitchen are nice. Close to many shopping, dining and entertainment venues. Free breakfast was great!

The AC unit went out so our first night was pretty uncomfortable. The lady at the front desk was pretty rude to my husband the next morning when he went down to ask about getting someone to look at it or getting a new room if it couldn’t be fixed. She told him there was nothing they could do for us if it couldn’t be fixed quickly because we booked through Expedia. The maintenance guy did arrive quickly and was friendly. We left for several hours and came back to a much cooler room.

Great area. Lots to do close to hotel. Property was clean. Breakfast wasn’t good though. Had a hair in the breakfast sandwich. Muffins had a weird taste. Pool was fun. Room had a big fridge, not a mini one and lots of cooking supplies. Wasn’t a fan of the barn door on the bathroom the kids couldn’t get it locked. But rooms were very roomy.

The area is perfect because you are close to many restaurants and activities. Dollywood is 5 minutes away. The staff is friendly. The breakfast at the hotel is good and has a nice variety. There was ample seating to sit and enjoy your breakfast. The grandkids enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools.
Our room had a musty odor that was more recognizeable when you would be away and then return to the room. We noticed the ceiling above the tub had water damage at one time so maybe that is the reason for the odd odor. Our shower walls had hair on them. The sofa-bed is stained and the darkening shade on the window is stuck down in the cl9sed position. It looks like it is all bunched up on the upper left side and won't move. It is very worn so probably time to replace it.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at recently. Super welcoming, clean and up to par. Love that the suite had a kitchen so it was very convenient. Breakfast buffet is great. Pool and surrounding areas are kept clean. Not one issue with this stay.

I would give 5 stars but the housekeeping was terrible.
On website it says housekeeping everyday, upon requesting the service we told every other day. When they come next day they did not vacuum the floor. Other than that our stay was great.

Hotel was nice upon arrival. Room was clean and our kids enjoyed the pool. Our mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable making sleep challenging that night. The next day, We had an issue we needed addressed a few hours after we checked out of the hotel. We attempted to call multiple times and were never able to speak with anyone. It was a week day morning and afternoon timeframe. Kept getting referrred to a general line for Hilton customer service and were advised the wait time to speak with a representative would be over 30min on hold.
