Need a better air conditioning in the room

Had a very pleasant stay. Room was spacious and clean. Free parking was a huge plus. Lots of places to eat at within walking distance. Breakfast had good variety. Would stay here again!

This is a beautiful hotel. The problem with it is that there is no way to open your window. We hit a very sunny warm week in Sweden and the room was stiflingly hot. We’re Australian and very used to heat so it was hard to sleep.

No facial tissue, no coffee machine, frig, even lack of neccessary furnitures. The parking was full all the days, people parked at EV lot even handicap lot.

Booked a room through hotels.com. Everything went smoothly from start to the end. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Parking was free for hotel guests. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options and everything tasted good. All in all it was a good experinece. When life brings me back to Uppsala, I know where I will be staying. 😊

We enjoyed the breakfast which was more to the healthy side which was nice. Although we did not like the bed, it was moving easily and it had a hole in the middle which was not comfortable at all.

Nice clean friendly hotel. Given price though tea coffee facilities in room would have been expected. Bathrooms small and TOO close to sleeping area for privacy

The Sauna was occupied until 2300 hrs on Saturday... Don´t know how many there are, or how long the booking intervals on that one are, but I did not get the opportunity to use it... The AC was turned off for the season or some such... No way to cool the room down... One BIG minus is the fact that Swedish currency is not accepted as a payment option... We went to Cirkle K across the road to get some "dinner"...

Breakfast, spa and common areas are great. Eating and shopping are within walking distance. The room was small and the bathroom not as clean as I would expect for the price.

Great location, all basics covered, lovely restaurant/bar. Couldn’t have been nicer.

Really nice hotel and employees. Whole experience, from check-in to check-out, was on a level above stated hotel price. Employees are nice and professional, hotel room was same as on photo (rare occurrence), breakfast was good.

Great breakfast

Good: It was near a main road which was handy for us. Only 3km away from the city centre and there are some variaty of nearby stores and fast food chains. Bad: The hotel is not allowed to open any window because of safety regulations. So theres no fresh air and it can get pretty hot in the rooms. The show cabin had a lot of orange at the bottom. Meaning skin and soap resedu. The bathroom sliding door is located net to the bed. For me personally with my allergies and not being able to open a window for fresh air. Made me have a uncomfortable stay when going in and out of my room.

Stay here if you're an athlete or a couple party till late and just want a sleep place. If you go with your kid you're screwed. It's rather costly place but you don't even get a small fridge in your room, something that even cheapest motels provide these days.... Oh yeah they have green and Eco friendly policies but between those licenses and keeping a cold juice for my kid I prefer the second one. But the truth is they don't provide it to make you but them from lobby every time you want a cool drink, orange juice, beer ... You name it. The size of sinc for face washing is the smallest I've seen in my life. No place to keep your toiletries, good luck if you have many things for bath or you're with a kid. Environment has become more of an excuse for businesses not to provide services that they're supposed to provide to customers. They claim to have a gym but it's another business across the street, and getting to ise it is not easy. Many other things... But long story short: I stayed here because it happened to be walking distance from my mom's house. If there was another option or my mom's house was bigger I would have checked out after the very first night.

Swedish hotels are usually extremely quiet. No noise from outside the room enters. This excellent hotel is a good example.

Overall our stay was excellent! However, the “side tables” (if they can be called that being just 1dm3 - 16 sq in) are way too small. Can’t fit anything on them. Also the bathroom sinks should have been larger. There were no space to place your toiletries. Could hardly fit my toothbrush etc

Very friendly staff, lot of noise of music ad evening on level 3(outside ?garden?) had to call several times in two days for shut of music , Breakfast is very simple. Chambers simple. Cleanness of the chamber is very good, very good staff

It was for a business trip, a night at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Facility is new, so everything looks fine and clean. The only thing that you should know beforehand is that there is no hair-dryer at the room, you should ask it at the reception. They might consider it changing in the future. Oh additionally, the breakfast was good too.

Even if you HAVE hangers for clothing in the room, there really should be a place to "hang the hangers"... There is not... Small room (funky layout), big bathroom, small sink ( drain clogged ), low waterpressure in the shower... Breakfast was good...

The hotal is conviniently placed close to the main road (E4). It clean, nice and have a good breakfast.
