Really clean hotel, friendly staff just 15 mins walk from the main shopping area and 10 mins from Oxford Road station.
Breakfast had an amazing selection of fruits, meats & cheeses, cereals, cooked breakfast and pancakes.

Overall the staff were fantastic. Always helpful and willing. The ladies at breakfast were exceptional, (the hostess (can't recall her name) along with Ilona, Hiba were wonderful to interact with.

Amazing hotel, clean, perfect location. The room was fabulous was upgraded to a king bed room, rooms huge, views stunning, clean, everything you need for a stay. Perfectly located for walking the city. Breakfast the best ever had and the service second to non.

Check in was really poor, admittedly we arrived very late, 11.45pm. Communication limited to minimum, had to ask about everything, even where the lifts were.

The Hyatt House is great value for money. I absolutely love staying there. The place has a lovely modern yet homely feel and it feels a little luxurious without the high price tag or pretentiousness. The apartments feel like just that - your own home in Manchester and they are high up meaning you get fabulous views to boot. I rate the breakfast - its decent and I've not been able to find anything they haven't got. The location works well but if you wanted to be in a gorgeous part of the city, you will be dissapointed. However if like me, you want the convenience of being close enough in, but also feeling that you can unwind away from the hussle, it's actually perfect. There is something about sitting on the 18th floor looking at the weather passing over the city as the sun goes down that is actually quite relaxing!

A fabulous stay here. We had a one bedroom apartment - everything was really clean and there were fantastic views over the city. Room service food and the breakfast were great and all the staff were super helpful. A great location for seeing a gig at Manchester Academy.

The Hyatt team are fantastic, friendly and professional. They very kindly upgraded my room, much appreciated after a really difficult week. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and dinner in the bar very enjoyable. Breakfast choice is top notch and the gym was clean and with plenty of options.

one thing is that they told me that local calls within manchester is free (9-07), but i got a bill of 0.5 pound per call.

I stayed at Hyatt house in September, and decided that on my next work trip I would definitely be coming back. Clean, comfortable rooms, good customer service a breakfast to die for andclose proximity to the University as well as restaurants, shops and train station.
Im so happy I came back and will be returning again and again as im now coming to Manchester often.

Lovely breakfast with different options, food is cooked perfectly well. The room is modern and clean. Gym facility is small but has everything we needed. Parking is not the most convenient but we managed to find a spot where is closer to the hotel and it’s much cheaper! Overall, we had a really good stay! All staff is professional and friendly.

This hotel is fabulous. The location is fantastic for visiting University of Manchester and it is close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is clean, beautiful, quiet and the staff is welcoming and very helpful. The bar staff was cheerful and helpful and the front desk helped us with taxis within 5-10 minutes several times during our stay. The front desk staff was also very gracious about a slightly delayed check out.

Check in was easy and the staff at the front desk were very pleasant to deal with and the lady actually helped to bring my suitcase to my room without my asking. They were very accommodating when I asked for a higher floor with a city view. Excellent views of the City. The room was a studio room and it was very spacious and the king size bed was very comfy. The breakfast was excellent!
I would have given a five star review in all categories except that the shower was not draining properly and the water was pooling around my ankles and , of course. I then ended up with the water running out on the floor when I opened the shower door. I did call housekeeping and they came and cleaned the floor and also sent maintenance to fix the drainage problem.
I would definitely stay here again.
