The loft was conveniently located near good restaurants. It was a bit of a hike to meet up centrally near the Chateau for tours.

Easy parking complex next-door, large space, clean

We had no AC teied to communicate to uou never got a response. The loft was unbearble to sleep in due to heat. It also had a bad amell coming feom thenarea of the washer dryer near feont door. Laundry ( towels were left in dryer ),not sure if cleaned or dirty.. lights not workingnin bathroom. Could not connect to tv. Communcation was bad..

Great property in a great location

This property had everything needed for an extended stay. Well appointed kitchen so we could cook our own meals. Great appliances including in suite washer and dryer. Queen bed in main bedroom and twin bunk beds in the second bedroom. Only one bathroom and no windows in the bedrooms. Overall a great place to stay with close walking distance to old Quebec.

Great stay in Quebec City! We were down on the lower end of the city only a few short blocks away from cafes and restaurants. We were super impressed with the area and all Quebec City has to offer. Also grateful for the AC in the unit after a very hot few days of sightseeing in middle of summer! Don’t forget to reserve a parking spot with property a few days before your stay if you have a car. Parking was a few blocks away but you don’t need the car when walking through the old town.

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and comfortable and in a fantastic location. My only complaints were the lack of storage in one of the bedrooms and not having anywhere to hang towels. One bedroom had a bar for hanging clothes and cubbies, but the other room had nothing at all. No closet, no dresser, no shelves, no hooks on the walls. Also in the bathroom there was only one small towel bar, which was not nearly enough.

Great location and nice condo

The Lofts are in a perfect location in Old Port Québec. There are numerous shops, restaurants, grocery, entertainment, etc all with-in walking distance. The Loft itself was very nice, very clean, and very quiet/comfortable. Now that we know about the Lofts we will be back. It certainly beats any hotel.

Tv selection is just basic. No tv in bedrooms. Great for two adults with an extra small bunk bed in the second room. It would be nicer if the coffee maker was upgraded to a Kurig or something. The main floor toilet was loose at base. There was a problem closing the main door to lock when entering and leaving.Overall, for the price it was a nice loft rental.

Theee was no detergent to wash clothes.

A beautiful property in old town that had everything we needed. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay an additional day. We equally loved strolling the cobblestone streets and the waterfront.

Very clean, fully equipped, excellent location near Petit Champlain area - many wonderful shops, street cafes and restaurants. On lower level of Old Quebec. Stairs, steep climb or funicular to upper level. Very doable!

I wish they have a daily cleaning service but over it’s a great place to stay!

What a great place to stay when visiting Old Quebec!! Everything was within walking distance and we're definitely planning on booking a stay here again whenever we come back!

Very clean great location!

This hotel was perfect for our family stay in Quebec City. It was close to shops and activities but quiet enough to feel private. The space was clean and bright and there was enough room for my family of four to spread out and relax.

Great large loft.

Our first time trying a loft/condo with self check-in and need to find parking (if you have a car). Some tips. 1. You need to be aware and watch to receive your check-in pass codes two hours before you are able to check-in at 4:00. If the email does not show up you need to call the customer service number. 2. Best covered parking garage is nearby, ISPAQ. Fair rate. The location is perfect for walking to many sites in the old city area.

I love the place. There’s everything we need. Public Parking garage is nearby. Definitely stay here again next time in Quebec City.

Great location, it is walkable to most of the attactions. We stayed in S108, it has 2 levels with 2 bedrooms. The air conditioners works well but the air conditioner down on the dinning room is a little noisy. The apartment looks like Ikea's showroom and pretty much everything was from Ikea! There is a full bath on the 2nd floor and 1/2 bath on the 1st floor right next to the kitchen. Washer and Dryer are located on the 2nd floor, the dryer filter wasn't cleaned but otherwise OK. No laundry detergent but we brought some to use. Very nice and functional big kitchen with an big Island, it has everything we needed including salt and pepper but no cooking oil. Plates and cooking pans are all scratched. Mattress is ok but not as comfortable as hotel mattress. Cleaness- not sure as we see dust on the base of the hand rails on the stairs and when i used the wipes to clean everything my wipes was grey after cleaning the handrails. Communication was fast and helpful. There was no supermarket around the area except a gas station shop, we had drove to the Matro/Walmart super market about 15-20 minutes from the lofts to shop for stuff. We only see the other guests once or twice in the hallway. Once in a while we can hear people from the other apartments but otherwise it was very quiet. Parking: We parked at the parking lot and Les Lofts had help us reserved the space. Overall it was a great stay and the apartment is very comfortable and nice.

We loved the space. Comfy beds and pillows. W&D is great with soap provided. But could be better: - art on the walls there currently is none - plates and pans are pretty rough - two bottles of shampoo but no conditioner - toilet paper is low budget - Air conditioner in upper living room not working - Air conditioner in main bedroom noisy fan

It was a great apartment- perfect for our family of four. Kitchen was well equipped. They didn’t receive one of our messages about parking and we got a parking ticket- my understanding was that this was an error in receiving info from Expedia. But otherwise, it was very nice. Plenty of room and good location- would definitely stay here again.
