Great place. Clean, great location, spacious.
The location is in a busy street so it is a little loud, but I was so tired every day that I was able to sleep throughout the night. The kitchen was a great idea because most coffee shops open around 9 and the tours usually pick you up around 8.
Highly recommended to stay a few days in Ushuaia!

Great property. Access to check in is more confusing for us gringos than it needs to be - it’s literally the hotel directly behind the property (on the street behind). Best location in town.

The hotel is vary cute and charming. We stayed in the adjacent apartments that were around the corner but part of the property. As a result we felt a bit disconnected from the main property having to go outside and walk around the block for breakfast or to interact with their very helpful staff. Our apartment was adequately comfortable with minimal attention to decor. The hot water in the bathroom varied unpredictably from burning hot to cool. On the plus side, it's located in a very walkable area making it easy to access restaurants, shopping and sites.

A sweet smallish boutique type hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to the heart of town and restaurants. The staff is excellent, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is adequate and very predictable. We stayed in one of the apartments. Comfortable but not facncy space. The bathroom was a tight space and both the sink and shower faucets were funky, fluctuating between extremely hot and cold water. If you are not looking for a five star hotel experience this hotel may be well-suited for you.

The key collection is a hassle. You need to climb uphill to check in. Then they gave a two codes (confusing) to front door and the apartment. No way to connect from the entry door to the office if code doesn't work. You can leave the luggage at the apartment location if you arrived early and drag your luggage uphill again to check out. Minor, but annoying, no power outlets by the beds.

The staff is very helpful. They will help you store luggage or get taxis if needed. I hope they consider providing washcloths, one additional pillow per bed, and a fan to cool the room. The curtains stop you from keeping the window open and blocking the light at the same time. We couldn't figure out where it was coming from, but there must be a bar nearby that let out around 2:30 AM with shouting and singing guests. We love a party as much as anyone, but it was tough to sleep for a few hours. Breakfast is good, and location is convenient to main attractions. Our view was also spectacular. Overall a reasonable place to stay for the price.

Excellent stay. Property is very clean and we'll-maintained. Centrally located and a short taxi ride away from the port. Staff was more than eager to accept us late at night. Room was extremely spacious.

Fantastic place with all the amenities you could want and an amazing view. Super close to downtown. The staff were amazingly helpful as well and it was easy to get to with the instructions they provided. Would recommend!

The accommodation is not flash but plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable.
I recommend paying for breakfast at the sister hotel. Very good variety and quality with spectacular views of Beagle Channel and surrounding mountains from the top floor dining room.
Place needs some maintenance - loose kitchen mixer tap, bathroom door needs replacing, wall clock needs a battery, loose shower fitting.

We had to ask a new eiderdown and new pilows because these stank! There also was no cover on the eiderdown.
The cooker extractor was missing from the kitchen. The inventory of the kitchen was incomplete. The heating was constantly running but we were without hot water to shower. The service ingeneer have feedback on how to fix it, and I had to do it myself!
The caugh was completely worn out and at least 20 years old.
The appartment hasn’t been cleaned during our stay, but the bed was made up. So, overall, not a good experience

lack of maid service was unusual but the real problem was that across the street from the property was I believe a hair saloon that on Wednesday and Friday played music at a chest thumping level from when they opened until around 10:30 PM. It was so loud you couldn't here the TV in your room unless you you increased the sound to an intolerably loud level.

Absolutely no instructions of any kind as to how to check in. No one at location given; no one attending at address. One who arrives is at a total loss as to what to do. I got in only through the long and arduous efforts of a friendly taxi driver who finally figured out that one must exit the building with all luggage, walk two full blocks around two corners to find the check-in desk. Terrible, terrible situation. Glad I happened to arrive in daylight, not raining.

Super good value. Nice and clean. Nice kitchen. Lacked some amenities of a full hotel, but nothing huge. Very nice staff. You must check in at the sister hotel one block away. The signs on door will give u instructions.

Great location in town centre.
Has everything you need for a few nights - especially if you don't want to eat out at restaurants every night. (It's about 5-7 minutes to walk to the grocery store)
They emailed me the week before to check on room/bed configuration & whether i needed a taxi pickup - the cost includes their cut/commission.
View from the room was perfect -right across the bay.
Washing liquid provided for washing the dishes which was really helpful.
Toiletries were provided for the 1st night only, so take your own if you're staying for longer
