This is a gorgeously maintained and updated property built in 1891. Perfect location less than a block from historic Duvall street, but quiet inside. Staff is super friendly and focused on what it takes to make the stay fun! Highly recommend!

We came for a two night first time visit to Key West. It's a great Bed and Continent Breakfast place. Great staff and we lucked out with an early check-in after a sunrise drive from Miami. We accidentally missed an item in the room while checking. Got a text from the managers who offered to mail it. That's was a great offer because orher places would have just held it and kept it for themselves. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing. It was a great place to stay.

This property is incredibly charming and impeccably decorated! Love the bright colors. Staff is friendly and breakfast is tasty. The size of the room we got, which was the one just outside the pool, felt very cramped. My husband and I kept bumping our legs on the corners of the bed to walk from one side of the room to the other. Also, the reed diffuser in the room had a suffocatingly strong scent. Parking is limited although the guest house does make an effort to give a map and clear directions as to how to get to the designated parking spot.

The Mansion is within walking distance of everything you want to see/visit in Key West. No more than a 10-15 minute walk for everything from tourist attractions like Hemingway House and Key West Lighthouse, to a plethora of bars and restaurants.

We had an awesome time in Key West for family wedding. The staff and service at Marreros Guest Mansion went above and beyond for us. The staff was extremely cordial. We were only feet from Duval Street for easy access to shops/restaurants. The room was beautifully decorated and quiet at night even though we were so close to Duval Street. I would definitely recommend Marreros for anyone looking to stay in Key west!

We stayed here for our 10 year anniversary and couldn't have been happier with our choice!! The hotel is so gorgeous.. the rooms are eclectic and just fun! And let's also talk about the amazing staff!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful.. what a beautiful stay we had to celebrate! Definitely would recommend this hotel and we will always stay here on our visits to Key West.

This place is right off Duval street but not loud or crazy. Everything was in walking distance, we didn’t move the car once! The place is beautiful, just like the pictures! It still has all the original beauty of the house and yet it’s still so modern and eclectic. Since it was a home just know there are imperfections that make it unique. The bathrooms are not super updated and our door to it didn’t shut all the way but we worked with it. Everybody was super nice and welcoming and I would 100% stay again. If you’re on the fence about staying here just know it’s a wonderful choice and you’ll love it!

Our stay was great! The innkeepers gave us great recommendations and even helped us book some of our excursions and reservations. The mansion itself was very colorful, funky and fun. Made every room fun and full of energy. All guests we meet were very friendly too! Location was great close walk to everything we did

Marrero's is an awesome find! It is just off Duval in the center of the action yet is quiet and feels like a luxurious home. It's a perfect piece of paradise with so many amenities. Kait is such a delightful person to deal with! BEST stay ever in Key West!!!

Pros: Great, quaint hotel close to Duval but enough steps away to get away when you’re ready to turn in. The staff were all very friendly, and the pool area, although small, was nice to take an afternoon dip. They offered free water/sodas and there an honor bar with beer, wine, etc. The hotel itself has an antique/eclectic feel and pretty well cared for.
Cons: The room was nice, comfortable enough (although the bathroom is dated) but for the price, it would have been nice to have daily housekeeping (I did ask).
All in all, great place to stay and so convenient to Duval shops, restaurants, marinas, etc!!

Excellent ambience, pretty decorating. Room had adequate space and a very nice balcony which looked on a lush green zone between buildings.
Breakfast is a very good continental. Great coffee, and a wide variety of it. Appreciated the always available water and sodas.
Beautiful porch on which to take breakfast and happy hour.
Pool is cozy and secluded.
Overall excellent stay. Highly recommend it.

52 foot steps away from the famous mile marker '0'. Basically, all attractions in Key West within walking distance. Great staff, beautiful historic building with a comfortable sized pool. Located half a block from Duval St, but away from the noise of the bars. Would recommend the 5 star hotel service at a budget price.

This is an old mansion which is very unique. Happy Hour at 3pm. Our room was very comfortable for the little amount of time we were in it. You can walk to most places or rent a scooter to get around.
Only downside was the remodeling work they where doing but it was off season so that is best time for them to do it.

The building was in the midst of a major renovation so things were a bit turned upside down. Cassidy at the front desk bent over backwards and more than compensated for the inconvenience.
The beds were super comfy, the saltwater pool was amazing, happy hour was generous and longggg! The location is great. We parked when we arrived and didn't get back in the car until we headed home.

Absolute disaster!!!! The idiots never told me how bad it was gonna be. Id love to read the stupid irresponsible owners response to this. They decide to remodel the place while letting "guests " stay at the same time. I booked 6 nights, didn't even make it 4. I demanded a refund but got the whole runaround about how i had to do it through hotels.com. i had workers in my room while i slept, no showering for at least 1 night, hammering after 8 pm added to the stupid BS they told me on the phone. I was told there would be noise during the day and no pool and painting when i was "warned " about it on the phone.That was all i was told. I got only 2 nights refund but deserved a full refund. The new owners are horrible, irresponsible and ignorant. If you stayed here before you wont understand this but its new now and the losers who own this place now dont care. Key west is an awesome city, dont stay here, Stay somewhere else!!!

I'm absolutely going to stay here again. The staff is amazing and extremely friendly. Happy hour drinks and breakfast included. Honor bar by the pool, clean rooms with A/C and fan (in the room I was in). Cable tv channels if you need them. Literally everything is within walking distance (restaurants, groceries, bars, etc). Scooter, bike, and golf cart rentals are walking distance as well. 5 out of 5 stars

Room was super nice and clean. Loved the balcony and just relaxing out there. Only thing to know ahead of time is there are only a few reservable parking spots for the hotel. If you do not get one there is a parking lot close by behind the hotel so no big deal. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do so that was a huge plus!

Great experience loved the location, a pleasant room hotel that needs some upgrades of furniture, decor safety features in the bathroom but an overall very good place to stay.
