Beautiful property and outstanding service.

The property and stuff are outstanding! We traveled with 3 little kids. I wish the menus for the children were a bit price friendly... Paying $150 for 3 sets of pancakes and 3 orange juices mixed with water seems a bit too much. Other than that ... it was amazing. The property is walkable and safe. Gourgeous interior and outdoors, separate areas for kids and adults. Beautiful beach, although when we went in May the water was a bit cold. The stuff is very very friendly and nice.

Everything was the best!

The property was immaculate, the beach on property was amazing, the food was exquisite, the staff was congenial. Most of the restaurants book far in advance so make sure to book in advance of your stay.

Outstanding! It does not get better than the Montage. The staff is amazing, as is the entire property!

Such a great hotel with many additional amenities including surprise snacks and an Easter Egg. Staff is great. Helpful and knowledgeable about everything around Cabo. Only negative would be the new building on both sides of the property. But not too much of a nuisance.

I have stayed in many hotels with a nightly rate of over $1000. In comparison, this hotel should charge half its current rate to earn a five-star review from me. It is exorbitantly overpriced; a fair price would be around $600 per night, certainly not $1800. Contrary to what one might expect, the beach is not private. On Sundays, it's crowded with hundreds of locals, diminishing the exclusivity one anticipates from such a premium establishment. Dining here is also a letdown, with each meal costing between $130 and $250. Considering my experience dining at numerous high-end restaurants where dishes are priced over $200, this hotel's restaurant significantly lacks in value, taste, and overall dining experience. It's possibly one of the worst in terms of price-to-value ratio and taste that I've encountered. The facilities are satisfactory for a hotel charging $600 per night, but they fall short of expectations for one asking $1800. The staff's service quality mirrors that of hotels in Los Cabos that charge between $300 and $500 per night, not the premium experience one would expect at this price point. While the rooms are impressive, the air conditioning units are distressingly loud, which is a considerable drawback. The rooms themselves could be valued at $750 per night, but they do not justify an $1800 price tag. Overall, I believe spending money on this hotel is not worthwhile. It is vastly overpriced and lacks the distinctive qualities that set apart other luxury hotels

If you have an opportunity, you must visit Montage at least once. The resort is the best resort I have ever visited. The property was immaculate. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good things about the property. My family and I had the best time and did not want the trip to end. Thank you Montage staff and especially Marcela for taking good care of us. This place is the best and we are definitely going to be coming back!!!

Wonderful resort. Staff incredible maybe the best I’ve seen. Only issue is food even for breakfast incredibly overpriced.. I’m not sure why they decide to charge so much for everything but the resort itself is wonderful.

Fantastic facilities, location and service

One of the best hotels I have stayed. Service level is above anything else I have experienced. The beach is so beautiful and private and it has lots of things to do a the hotel you will not want to leave the property

We are a family with children that stayed during the couple of days Hurricane Hillary was near. The first day was great since we got to enjoy early check in, the beach with free gear, both Marea and Mezcal with great service, as well as the pool with great service. Unfortunately, on the second day the beach was closed, it was recommended to stay in the room, and staff was focused on preparing for the storm. We had a room with a pool which allowed us to keep swimming and the room service was great for breakfast and lunch. We received daily credit for the construction noise but we would have enjoyed some free activities (spa, wine tasting, desserts, etc), additional credit or even a complimentary night to make up for missing out on the beach, pools and other activities we were looking forward to during the storm. We did receive a "worry doll" since they knew we were starting to get scared which was very thoughtful. Overall, we know we will greatly enjoy it when we return under better weather conditions!

Montage is the best!! The service is outstanding, such a peaceful and safe environment for families. Loved our hosts Anaiza and Shantal, and the servers at the restaurants are awesome. transport to airport is also great.

Top notch service! Only issue was with dining options, the pool menu is wonderful and that should be available 24/7.

This was our 2nd time at the Montage and it was wonderful! Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an upscale stay in Cabo away from the downtown. Resort is stunning, desert modern architecture nestled in Santa Maria Bay. Service is five star. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with large bathrooms, soaking tubs and my favorite and outdoor shower! Staff goes the extra mile to make you feel looked after. 10 out of 10!

Amazing hotel and even better staff on a beautiful bay. The food was great (very expensive) and they added complimentary pieces which were a great touch. The only negative to the hotel is that there is construction going on (not directly at the Montage) on both sides of the hotel. I could constantly hear it while relaxing at the pool.

By far the nicest property we have stayed in Cabo. Beautiful beach with lovely waters to swim and snorkel in. Lovely large and well furnished rooms. The personal concierge team that is assigned to you makes sure to cater to your very whim. Excellent food and impeccable service. We’ll go back for sure.

We just finished our stay at Montage and had an amazing time! The service was impeccable and the property was beautiful. The only negative thing was that our Ocean View room was underwhelming.

The Montage was absolutely beautiful, and everything was perfect!! The staff is attentive and friendly. I cannot say enough about the outstanding level of service. The pools were beautiful and huge! The beach is a little rocky so wear your flip flops!!! We have three young children and they all enjoyed their time at the Montage. The girls who work in the children's room are lovely! Have no doubts at all!! The Montage is definitely five star!!

I can’t even begin to describe the level of service I received during my stay at the Montage. The property is gorgeous, the food is incredible and the rooms/views are breathtaking. I’ve stayed at plenty of five star hotels in Cabo and no place else compares. It’s worth every penny.

The Montage stag in Cabo San Lucas has the best customer service if any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Prices are high but there was a lot of value included in that price.
