Although communication with the property owner was always easy and quick, the photos from the listing show a much nicer property than what you get. The walls were dirty and the hard floors sticky. The carpets need more than just a vacuuming. Hair and soap was left in the shower from the previous renters. The big hole in the backyard was also not a plus. Needles and used condom wrappers in the parking lot added to the issues. I’m sure the area which is located is great for a group of adults, but not family friendly. Instead of being a nice place to return to once tired from the day, it was an extra stress due to the lack of cleanliness.

This property was pleasant, with plenty of sleeping space for our family. It is located just off of The Grove's main drag, on a quiet street. Dan was great to work with, and prompt in responding to questions.

First of all the host makes you use a third party service that requires a picture of your photo ID and this is not in the listing at all. As a previous victim of identity theft this requirement, if known in advance, would have made me keep looking. Since it was sprung on me at check in I kinda had no choice since I would have been out my entire fee. The single parking spot is surrounded by trash and overgrown brush making the area hazardous. The backyard has a sinkhole right next to the walkway that is a huge safety hazard and the gate to the back yard is missing. The deck to the back door is coming away from the house. The nail in the floor that was mentioned in the June 7 review was still sticking out of the floor as I found out when it cut my foot. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes because it was broken. The bottom rack was missing both front end support wheels and resting on the water jets at the bottom. Food crumbs on the back of the sofa. The second floor toilet seat is round when the bowl is elongated. The bathroom door handle was about to fall off. The TV and Internet were basically useless, TV worked for an hour the third day after constantly messaging the owner and finally getting some results. I just got tried of trying to make things work when the owner showed no interest in helping. Maintenance guy came by to get into for dishwasher, remove nail from floor and fix bathroom door handle but that was the one and only time there was any useful assistance.

It was close to downtown but in a nice neighborhood.there were plenty of beds for all of us to be comfortable.

Very clean and updated. Easy to communicate with. Loved the space. Beds were super comfortable. Shady backyard was nice. Only darwbacks were there were only 4 plates so bring paperware! And no big pot to cook in.

Great stay for out of towners. Everyone was happy with this choice.

The home was plently big for our group of 10, we did not even use one room. It was close to everything we had planned, within 15 mins. We felt safe and it was quiet. We would like to have had access to a broom because kids makes messes and there is one nail on the floor by the bar that needs to be fixed bit otherwise it was great.

Overall good experience, pretty quiet neighborhood and the house was clean and tidy. Only complaint we had was parking. There’s only one parking spot and other vehicles have to park at various streets a block or two away if you can get an open spot. Other than that everything was great!
