This was our second time staying in this unit, it’s very clean and has everything you'll need. We love how close it is to restaurants and entertainment. Thank you for keeping your condo a 5 star place.

My family just returned from a lovely visit in Gilbert. This townhome was very clean and comfortable and conveniently located to downtown Gilbert. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, etc to choose from. We plan to stay here again when back in the area!

We stayed for several nights, booked as it’s close to downtown Gilbert.
Pros: The place was immaculate and nicely decorated. Location was perfect to walk to restaurants. Rooftop patio was private and fun. Comfy beds. Nice towels and linens, kitchen had everything we needed. Checkin was a breeze, host was on top of everything and responsive!
Cons (and these very minor!!): key fob didn’t work for pedestrian gate - looked like it was down for everyone, we just went through the vehicle gate. This being Arizona, groundskeepers were out at 7am Saturday, Sunday, and Monday- bring earplugs!

This property is wonderful! We stayed for 3 nights for a volleyball tournament nearby. We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The home was very comfortable for the 4 of us. The kitchen was very clean and had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again!

First the place is beautiful and clean! Contact with host was easy and very responsive. Had a slight problem with a power outage in one room and wifi due to a loose wire ( can happen to anyone) after explaining the importance of needing it asap the owner did the absolute right thing and listened to me and got it fixed asap! Will definitely stay again and recommend to all I know! Great location!

We didn’t spend much time in the space, because if it’s prime location to downtown. Left the car in the garage and enjoyed the short walk to restaurants. The pool was quiet and peaceful and the rooftop deck was great at sunset. Looking forward to visiting again!

We really enjoyed this property the location is perfect. Being from the area for 30 yrs and then coming back for a family wedding. It is well kept, clean and comfortable beds. The kitchen has the necessary items but could use a few more plates and utensils,"no complaints at all"
We will for sure stay again when we come back

We came to Gilbert to celebrate my niece’s bridal shower and had an excellent stay!! The place was beautiful and we all had a wonderful time. Everything was immaculate and not one complaint. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and a relaxing pool. We would definitely book again!!!

I recently spent a long weekend with my two sisters at this wonderful condo. Upon arrival we were amazed at how beautiful the property is. Everything was clean and new. The host, Emily, was super responsive and proactive in providing information. The property is very well secured. The condo was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and even shampoo, conditioner and body soap. What a thoughtful gesture!
After a long day of hiking we relaxed with drinks on the private roof top patio of the property and later walked the two blocks to Downtown Gilbert with the choice of many wonderful restaurants to choose from.

It was right by downtown Gilbert with tons of restaurants in walking distance. It was clean and nice. The bed were very comfortable and it was a great place to stay on our vacation.

This townhouse was so clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay!! We loved the setup with the bedrooms upstairs and living area on the main floor. The rooftop was wonderful!!! There was a slight mistake on the listing but the owner immediately changed it and made it right for us. Communication was excellent from the moment we entered. Everything was clean and new…pots and pans were new with no sign of wear. All the extras were available…iron, ironing board, blow up mattress, pack n play, sugar, tea, etc. Walking distance from downtown Gilbert was so nice…we walked everywhere. Canal trail was right around the corner. Loved this townhouse and would stay there again for sure!!

This condo is beautifully decorated and spotless! The furnishings and beds are very comfortable and the roof top terrace is a fun addition. The location of the condo is perfect with walking distance too many bars and restaurants. There is also a walking and bike path just outside the gates. We will definitely be renting this condo again in the future!
