EXCELLENT Place - best accommodations of our trip! Will stay here again! Apartment was so comfortable - we had a two bedroom, two bathroom for my husband and I traveling with our young adult daughter. The apartment is spacious with fully updated bathrooms and a mini kitchen (mini refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle - and even some coffee/tea supplies) as well as plates and kitchenware. PLENTY of outlets for charging our devices, great wifi, water pressure and shower was terrific, lots of hooks for towels - just really comfy. A small dining table and couch with TV. Beds are comfy, linens and pillows are very nice. Laundry facility on each floor really helped us get 2 loads done in the middle of our 3 week trip. Close to the Cathedral and a nice park next door. Plenty of eateries in easy walking distance. Staff was very nice and helpful. Wish every city we visited had the same accommodations. I’m definitely recommending this place to some friends going to Madrid in a few months.

Our stay was wonderful! The beds were comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient—most places are within a 20 to 25-minute walk, and for anything further, we just grabbed an Uber. While there's no room service, they do provide a cleaning depending on the length of your stay, which was perfectly fine for us. The kitchen setup was ideal; it allowed us to warm up leftovers and enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. The blow dryer could use an upgrade, but it did the job. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment was super clean and has everything you need for your stay. Washing machine and drying facilities are a bonus. Beds are so comfortable. One small negative is no TV in the master bedroom.

Loved the apartments and staff! This apartment hotel is in a very good location and proximity to Plaza de España museums, activities, and shops. There is even a Dia grocery store that is less than a 5min walk away, to stock up on local food, water, and snacks for your kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay very comfortable spacious and tranquil. Our trip was a family trip which suited us perfectly as having an apartment was much better than a hotel but still with reception and the little amenties that a hotel can offer.
The location it’s prime as it’s a stone throw to the main attractions with great places to eat within 1 or two min walking (although Spain is great for that!)

The one bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable with a very convenient kitchen. The decor was very modern and stylish. Just a short walk from a metro/train station, great restaurants and walking distance to central Madrid and the main down town tourist attractions.
Would definitely return to Plaza España Skyline on a future trip.

The room was advertised with a sofa bed but when we arrived and asked for it to be made up, we were told the sofa bed didnt work and there was nothing they could do until the next day. We were told the only option was to split the main bed into twin beds as there were no other rooms available. You cant advertise a room with a sofa bed and charge for it if it doesnt work?! There was a complete lack of care of customer service and no interest to help find a solution.

This hotel was large enough to fit our family of three. The bedroom was separate from the family room area. It had a very large kitchen. The location was very accessible to the plaza Espana metro and plaza Espana. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and recommended to anyone!

We loved our stay here. The location is excellent. It is a very short walk (5 mins o so) to either the Royal Palce or the Plaza De Espana. Great local cafes and grocery stores are very close. The staff is friendly, helpful. Plus, thefront desk is staffed 24 hours which is nice in a late night city like Madrid. We would stay bere again without question.

Location, location,location, these words tell everything, the place is in the center of the actions. 5 min walk to Palace Plaza Espania and Gran Via street, 12 min walk to Plaza Mayor and all the spanish actions.

This was a superb place to stay in a convenient location close to transport, restaurants and shopping. Our room/apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed and very spacious. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for anything more and would give this my highest recommendation.

The apartment was great, clean, beds were comfortable, well appointed. The staff was helpful and let us check in early since the apartment was clean. By bad luck there was construction in front of the building and they were noisy and started to work very early. O there than that the area is quiet but near all the main attractions downtown Madrid.

My family had stayed at the property a couple of times in the past. It's an amazing location and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. However it seems that service and the condition of the place as a whole have deteriorated a little since we last stayed 2 years ago. Another thing we found quite annoying was being informed that we would have to pay extra for a refil of shampoo/conditioner and dish washer detergent (only one tablet was provided for a 5-day stay as well as only one little bottle of shampoo/conditioner).

The property was clean and service was good but I had a family emergency and had to leave the property two days early and they would not issue a refund. I was told by management that they would contact expedia because that is who had the change conditions. The next night I booked a room at a La Quinta in Euliss, TX and the local phone number was not on the confirmation email which made it very difficult to contact the property for a shuttle. I will never use Expedia again for these reasons.
