Great place to stay in Hollywood with a large group. Marco is very responsive and communicative. Everything was as advertised. We had a great time. Second year in a row.

Had a great time in Hollywood beach. The rooms are older like most small places is Hollywood, but it was clean and the host was very nice and responsive. The communication was great and we had what we needed. Great beach vacation for a family.

Overall a great location and rooms-clean and safe. You are steps away from the amazing beach and a few less steps from the fantastic boardwalk. Shops and restaurants galore!!! Some points to be aware-- The stove looked rough, well used as did some of the furniture. The refrigerator was too small in one unit. Bathroom was small and shower very tight. Also the rooms are on the second floor - not aligned with the room #s.

To start, the property was exactly as described! Great location - only a few steps away from the beach, shops, restaurants and bars, etc. I loved the fact that they provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. However, we had unwanted visitors (roaches) in one of the units we rented. I can say that Marco was very responsive when informed of the situation (which I appreciate). But, it made our stay VERY uncomfortable which caused us to check out of both units early (we did receive a full refund for one of the units...thank you!) and went to a hotel. Being that we were in Hollywood for three full days, it definitely disrupted our vacation. Marco stated that he owned the property for 7 months, so I will give him the benefit of the doubt. Depending upon future reviews, I would be willing to stay there again...

Great place to stay!! Close to the Broadwalk, restaurants, water sports, and the beach. My family had an amazing time.
