This townhouse provided my friends and I ample room to enjoy a weekend getaway. Easy to get to town, and lots of great spots to eat and drink nearby.

Perfect location, the outside spot was even nicer to sit outside in the morning and have coffee.

Overall the vrbo was nice and worked well for what we wanted it for. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We loved the separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms as we had four separate couples staying there. We had no complaints about the cleanliness. Checkout instructions were very simple. If there were any cons at all it would be that the place echoed and floors creaked, so noise carried through all floors easily but it was not a big deal for our group! We also wish it had simple things in the kitchen you wouldn't normally think to get, like cooking spray and zip lock baggies. Also, two of the TV's would randomly stop working so we had to unplug them to reset it and then it was fine! The neighborhood seems a bit sketchy but we had no issues and felt safe. It was within walking distance of a few fun places also! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again! :)

Good price for sleeping 9 people. Very cute. Had a few questions and needs and the hosts were very prompt on getting back to me! Suggest having a crock pot to save time cooking. A couple places to get a drink very close if you don't want to get an uber. We would stay here again!

We had enough space to accommodate 2 couples. The place was clean, kept up well, and was near several eateries and breweries. It was a 5min Uber to the city so very easy to come and go. Would definitely come again!

Great Property..close to Broadway.Nice Property but not cleaned Properly.dirty floors, carpet,definately this condo is not getting cleaned or need to change your maintenance team.This is a very new building but or Will get bar if you Do not pays attention to this.There is also an air con problem and Eater is leaking from ceiling on the kitchen.If the place would ne clean or is a great place to stay.

Very nice property, neighborhood is a little sketchy, we had a car load of people set out front for over an hour mulling around, when asked what they were doing they very evasive with there answers. After reaching out to the property manager and no one coming, we called the police as they suggested, never saw a law in the area but they finally left. Overall a great stay.
