The property is great and convenient, everything was clean and tidy. The property is located on a semi-busy street so there is some road noise.

My stay their is always a treat .. its vary private and vary clean and it jus has a all round secure and safe feel to it .. id say its my favorite place to stay ..

The property was in good repair, neat and clean. Getting inside was very difficult. The only phone number we received was the phone number to Expedia, not to the owners. It took quite a while to get inside after a nearly 3 hour trip. The ad stated that there was food in the fridge. No there wasn't. We ate out. Disappointing.

I didn't receive the text from the manager until after we had attempted to access our accommodations at the property. I received the text at 5:40 PM after we discovered we were locked out at 4 PM. My cell service caused the delay. It would have been better if the text was sent to me the previous day to allow for this delay. Therefore, we made other arrangements and did not stay at this property. As a result, of this circumstance, I formally request a refund. Thank you.

Easy check

Very pleasant stay overall. All four rooms were occupied, all sharing one bathroom, but no problems. Patio door to back yard should be marked “no exit.”

Restroom need to be shared. It is inconvenient. Mattress is too soft. Fridge is very big. Kitchen is very big.

Around 11 at night i had to text the landlord because od a domestic violence incident involving a child when i contacted them the said not to call the police they would be right there. They showed up told us everything was ok and after we checked out the next day thd landlord texted znd told us not to reserve a room with them again.

The only thing about our stay that needed improvement was the bed.

Nice home with plenty of room -- large living room and kitchen unused. There were extremely limited options for breakfast. Only one kind of cold cereal and only enough for one person before it was gone. Plenty of oatmeal but nothing to sweeten it with except the hot chocolate. Only one bathroom for 4 bedrooms (possible 8 people) can be a problem. Not for me this time but has been at other B&B previously. Might consider second toilet downstairs in conjunction with nice washer/dryer facility.

Family living there were very noisy and would bang in the bathroom door while you were using it, yet they had like 5+ people with them constantly using the bathroom. Very frustrating and confusing as to why they live there. Definitely not comfortable & the people were weird asf.

You should not advertise for a hotel , if u renting single family house with six rooms

This was a room in the top level of the house. Our room was so hot and we couldn’t control the AC. My daughter actually got a heat rash. They insisted we take off our shoes but that left my feet feeling gross and dirty. The only water was tapwater and there was no ice. On the booking is said that we could request a refrigerator and microwave but that was just a shared refrigerator that was already full of food and I did not feel comfortable putting food in a refrigerator that other people could tamper with. It was a very uncomfortable stay and an uncomfortable situation. I think that this should be on Airbnb not hotels.com it is definitely not up to a hotel standard of any kind.

Simple, clean, nice property. Some noisy vehicles were heard right outside and the stairs up to the room seemed a bit steep (a caution to those like me with arthritic knees). Other than that, my stay was ideal.

The owner ended the reservation early and did not refund the nights that I did not stay. They charged a cleaning fee that was not disclosed in advance.

I was very happy with the room, I met the owner and he was very friendly and attentive. I would stay again.

This was my second time staying at this property, because we enjoyed it the first time and the owner, Ron, was very responsive to our needs. He was not this time, however :( The first night I was cold and the next morning the milk in the fridge was bad ... lumpy and gross! I texted Ron that morning asking if I could get extra blankets in my room and fresh milk downstairs for everyone to use for breakfast the next day. He never responded. When I got back to my room the second night, the gross milk was still in the fridge and there were no extra blankets in my room. What I did find in my room, however, were some men's swim trunks on the bed and then some trash and a ziploc bag of stange things on the chest (cotton swabs, a spoon, alcohol pads). None of my belongings seemed to be disturbed, but it definitely creeped me out! I was sad to have such a disappointing experience this time around :(

Probably one of the better bed and breakfast rooms I've stayed in. My room was bigger than I expected, had a nice comfortable queen sized bed, it was very clean, and I had my own private bath.

Service is good and near street. Parking is limited, but street parking is fine. Overall is OK for that value.

Room and linens were very clean. Met my needs. Very much appreciated WIFI access, to still be able to do graduate school, homework. Only one issue, is if the other tenants are loud (loud T.V., loud talkers, etc.) you are going to hear them, so bring ear plugs. Wasn't really sure where to park, so I ended up parking on the road.

The room was very good, I didn’t know it was in the basement of the building. Both myself and my traveling companion have stair issues. The area where this room is should be stated very clearly on the information page. Other than that, it was very nice
