The rooms are very small , like cabin. Not suitable for Family - the bathrooms are see through so family cant stay in one room. The parking is charged at 10 pounds per night. Room just have a bed with a foot of space on both sides.

Great cheap hotel, in great location for reading city centre

We arrived at midday. The room was available but to check in before 3:00 cost L20.00. To leave your bags costs L5.00 per bag.

Staff were amazingly helpful and did everything to assist me when required. Hotel small and basic which is understandable on a budget. I would happily recommend it

Staff were greet. Facilities and rooms basic, tired and needed renovation. Unable to open blinds or windows.

They take the Pee with additional charges. 10am check out is ridiculous. Last time I stay there. The shower cubicle is too low for me, I’m 6.2 so not that tall but my head it’s the ceiling. Noisy room. Can hear all the neighbors talking, phone calls and ‘exercise’

Clean room with ensuite. Bed very comfortable, with only one pillow was included per person. USB socket for charging by bed, along with a double plug. Only downside was that the mirror was in the bathroom and the plug for the hair dryer the other side of the bed.

Looks a bit shabby on the outside, but inside is pleasant - but tight, room was very tight but overall good for the price. USB socket in room didn’t work. Staff members were very friendly.

It was quiet outside but the occupants of the room next door were noisy all day and throughout the night until 6am, also it is two person occupancy and there were 4 men in the room, all shouting

It’s a very budget friendly hotel so you can’t expect too much. For the price I thought it was good. I personally didn’t mind the lack of window, but that does mean there is an air vent (needed!) which makes a constant noise. It was a bit like being on a boat. Also the bathroom was very noisy when presumably others were having showers etc. A lot of hotels have that I find. Other that the noise it was fine. Bed was a bit hard but what do you expect. Only other annoying thing was a green light next to the door, not sure what for but was bright when the lights were off. Shower was good. Tv and air conditioning good.

Very small rooms and no drink facilities such as a kettle, bed uncomfortable as kept moving and making a gap between headhead. Also only 1 pillow which wasnt suitable

We had to deal with a lunatic and protect the lady working reception on her own.

Ok room for one night, one person. No window and tiny room. But clean. The receptionist was very sweet! The madras was very hard and pillows small and hard.

Lovely small room perfect for an overnight stay. Affordable and practical.

The property was fine for the price paid but there was a ridiculous guest who was banging and shouting all night long which meant no one got any sleep and another guest confronted him and told him to go to the reception to let him into his room. This happened multiple times . Other than that all good

Clean small room. shower, toilet , sink all clean. place to hang clothes. Neat. Soft bed, but comfy. Windows don't open. Blind for the windows. Sockets for phones by the bed. Storage for case under the bed. Free water to fill bottle at reception. plastic card key. Quiet in mornings, I did not hear any slamming of doors. I had a good nights sleep. Taxi number from reception. Close to railway station. I used stairs. Not sure if there is a lift? £63.48 for the night.

Make sure you book a room with a window if you plan on staying here, the room got very very hot and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. But I suppose if you’re on a budget it’s not too bad and you pay for what you get.

Pillows are extremely thin and no additional pillows available room had aircon and they supplied additional towels on request. Paid extra for a window room, but it was like a bathroom window so couldn’t see through and didn’t open either kind of made the window useless
