Great Appartments, clean, comfortable with everything you need. Under ground parking. Cafes, restaurants, shops and water activities right at your door step. A short stroll to the centre of Darwin. Would recommend to anyone.

Close to restaurants

Great apartments overlooking the wharf. They were very clean and modern and there were restaurants below and all around us. Would definitely stay there again.

Drainage and door in main shower needs attention caused water all over the floor

Everything very good but would have been nice to have a door on the toilet in the ensuite.

Sticks restaurant downstairs was great. parking easy the location for options at night for a drink or dinning outdoor cinema opr just watching the sunset sitting on the Lawn

Very good accommodation close to many restaurants and cruise from the wharf. However we were not warned that the wave pool was closed for renovations and that attraction was a primary reason for choosing this location.

Great location; clean, well appointed, comfortable apartment; staff at DWSSA are helpful; and there was a beautiful welcome basket chilled for my arrival. We visit Darwin regularly and this will be our new go-to for accommodation. Cost less than a hotel and gives you heaps more. Give it a go.

Slightly better than average to what we are used to

Terrible won’t stay here again, I’ve stayed in hostels that have higher standards of cleaning. It all started with booking a room that had photos showing views of the waterfront and wharf views, which were either misleading or I wasn’t given the wrong room…… To be given a room with views of the mouldy green windows and a mould/smelly room to be moved rooms to another poor room that had linen with urine stain marks on it…… When you pay many hundreds of dollars per night, this is totally unacceptable. Once I brought these to the attention of staff, even showing photos and videos I was made out as if I was being high maintenance. Save your money stay in a hostel.

Didn’t like anything about this place. Stayed for 4 days and they charged me fir 14. Pathetic. No customer service.

Loved the fact that it was positioned next to a choice of waterfront restaurants and walking distance to main shopping area.

Perfect location and amenities. Great for couples or families. Swimming at the facility pool or the near by water park. Lots of great eating options within a short walk. Highly recommended!

Contracted Covid at a conference I was attending while staying here. They were so helpful throughout my isolation period.

Our 1 bedroom Waterfront Apartment was spacious, cool, clean and contained everything we could need for a week long stay. It is in a very quiet location, very close to so many dining options, close to Darwin city and other tourist venues. I would love to stay there again.

Helpful staff

This property looks out over parklands, a safe beach with life guards, a wave pool and it sits above a cluster of cafes and shops. Also an easy walk to the centre of town. I wouldn't stay anywhere else, fabulous spacious rooms and amazing Darwin sunrise and sunset views.

Great two bedroom apartment with spectacular water views. Very spacious and clean. Complimentary gifts in the fridge upon arrival were unexpected but very much appreciated. Secure underground parking was a bonus. Location on the Darwin waterfront gave access to many amenities and was also only a short walk to the main centre of town.

Great location with superb views. Fantastic eateries and convenience store within walking distance. Quiet, clean and comfortable.

Location is great. View is lovely. Parking was tricky to find but we go there. Worst thing about the apartment and something that would put me off staying there again - the kids bedroom had a glass internal door as well a window in between the bathroom the kids room. Effect being, if you have lights on in the living room or use the bathroom after you’ve put the kids to bed, then light shines into their bedroom and you run the risk of waking them up. So stupid. Our bed was also two single beds pushed together so not comfortable to lie in the middle of the bed. The apartment had enough beds for six people but the sofa is a 2.5 seater. Nice! Overall, the apartment has the feel of a place that wasn’t thought out and has been furnished without any character and nor much thought for the comfort of people staying there.
