Hrimland is a very clean, spacious place to stay. It is centrally located and is a very cozy and comfortable place to stay. A very well organized apartment with many amenities including a washing machine and drier.

Convenient location right off Hwy 1. Two bedroom apartments share kitchen and bathroom facilities.

I received my entry code and all instructions in a timely manner. There was a communication board with instructions as soon as I walked in.

This apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked for simple meals. The location was excellent. It is a short walk from the main street with all of the restaurants and shops. Parking was free and right outside the apartment.

We loved everything about this property. Super close to everything (Forest Lagoon, whale watching adventures, and downtown area).

The Hrimland Apartments was a perfect location for our 2 days in Akureyri. The apartment was well stocked with dishes and eating & serveware. The washer & dryer were a great amenity! We found the apartment really roomy, extremely clean and near dining and shopping.

Large bathroom (with large shower stall). Space was a little tight for 4 people.

Was an amazing modern apartment. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer was the best, to wash our clothes mid trip. Very convenient location. Walking distance to main shopping street. Beautiful view of the harbour. And there is also a lift. Would have been even better if there is ramp at the main entrance.

Property was beautiful, modern and very clean. It was well located, an easy walk to all shops and restaurants. The communication from the team was easy and onspot. We had a great stay for 2 nights here.

This apartment was very new, clean, and well equipped. They had flawlessly integrated technology where you have a code to enter the building and the room, and it worked quickly and seamlessly. The location was incredibly convenient to downtown and the waterfront, after exploring the town I don't think any location could have been better. The bed was not the most comfortable (sheets were a little rough and the cover was too heavy for the relatively warm weather we had during our stay). Communication with the owner or manager was easy and they were very responsive. We would have benefitted from a little better understanding of the appliances (i.e. washing machine labels were in Icelandic), but with a little effort we figured it out.

This was a gorgeous and large apartment, located right next to the Akureyri harbor. Close to everything. Lots of storage for gear. Washer, dryer and fully equipped kitchen.

This was a great find! It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The apartment was well-equipped and we were able to cook and do laundry, which was really nice. Accessing the apartment was easy and you can’t beat the view! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The minimalist decor of Apt. 101 is outstanding. Local pottery, watercolor paintings, and a bright red chair add accents of color to the understated wood and slate tile palette. Shopping, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a grocery store are all within walking distance. We appreciated the space and the comfort of this lovely apartment. Kudos also to the hosts, who answered my questions promptly.

Great property and comfortable bed. Easy parking which was a huge plus. No hotel amenities. A microwave would have been really nice in the kitchen for heating up meals. Overall great place to stay.

Phenomenal property just minutes from downtown without any noise pollution. The space was very large and functional. Very clean and the property manager was great to communicate with for any issues. The space had its own oven and refrigerator as it’s apartment style which allowed us to cook a lot of our own food. Being right on the water in allowed for great views and was in walking distance of so much stuff. Would highly recommend the space. Our Unit was very spacious and also having a washer and dryer allowed us to pack lightly. They do have curtains truck the entire property but perhaps could make them thicker so the sun doesn’t get in as much.

Very clean and spacious apartment with everything you need to cook. It also has washer & dryer which was much needed. Only slight issue is that wash and dry cycles take a long time but other than that, perfect stay. Will not hesitate to come back again.

I expected 2 bedrooms but it had only 1 bedroom and a bunker bed in the living room. From the pics when booking it looked like 2 bedrooms.

Very well designed apartment.New, spacious and fronting the waterway. Very responsive property manager. All appliances are new and tip top condition including a dish washer. Nice to have the clothes washer and dryer in your apartment instead of in the basement.

The space was large and clean, and the property was very responsive. However, they didn't have a microwave or freezer, and they didn't provide paper towels in the kitchen until we requested it.

Great location overlooking the water. Washer and dryer were great convenience but instructions for how to use would have been helpful.
