Property seemed to be under construction, the parking is wierd and shared with other businesses. We had left our exit card in the room and called the front desk and literally he cursed at us and would not open the gate to let us out for an overnight stay that was paid and finished. Poor, poor, customer relations and service. We surely are not the only people to have left our exit card in our room upon checking out - for such a response and reaction from the front desk person. Won’t be going back…

Excellent location. Great and fun decor. Rooms on East Wash side have a bit of noise. Parking costs less if you pay for it in advance on Expedia ($13 vs $18).

We had a great one night stay! Walked to get coffee nearby, but the convenience of the come and go parking garage was really nice. The staff were very friendly and offered services like a free shuttle and even an umbrella because it was raining!

Room was great, one of the sinks did not drain so that was kind of gross but other than that we had a great stay.

Construction surrounds the property. The pillows are much too big BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT! The staff is friendly and they embraced our pooch, Finn. The king suite room is roomy and nice with a comfortable layout. All in all, nice stay.

This hotel is beautiful! The aesthetics are gorgeous and it smells good when you walk in the lobby, hallways and rooms. The rooms are clean and modern. I really like that there is not much carpet and the floors are exposed.

We stayed at Hotel Indigo because it is very close (a 2 or so minute walk) to The Sylvee concert venue. The proximity to the show was so convenient. The hotel itself is amazing. Parking was easy, check in was hassle free. The room was well decorated, quiet and comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing. The concert let out earlier than anyone expected. The bar staff had a huge rush of guests very close to closing time and they all handled it like absolute pros! We were very impressed! We definitely look forward to staying at Hotel Indigo in the future!

We loved it all! Great hotel, decor, comfort, staff, food, parking, good value for the cost. Only booked it because it was near the Sylvee Theater where we were attending a concert.
But now it will be the only place I'd stay in Madison!!

I accidentally found this place on Expedia looking for a hotel close to the venue. I was going to for a rave because I didn’t wanna mess around with an Uber and I’m so glad that I did! This place was so amazing and so friendly and helpful, and I definitely went and told all my friends about it and will be booking again.

I want to be clear my poor rating is completely based on the breakfast staff for the restaurant. We were completely ignored even though we were the only people there and our order was incorrect when it finally came. Other than this, the place was great and I would still recommend it.
