All was good. Would have preferred a full restaurant with bar open more often.

I reserved two rooms, connecting, for my family. And Chris was more than willing to make sure we were satisfied with both rooms. The loading/unloading area is tight and was blocked by another guest but the staff were awesome to help find that guest.

When you walk it in smells lovely. The corridors not so but didn't notice after 1 day. Everything was spot on, clean, attentive staff, good facilities. Cheaper parking over the road. Only negative was shower not very powerful but OK. Would def9stay here again or recommend it to others.

The property was very clean. Area was nice and felt very safe. The breakfast was a great added bonus! Would stay here again.

Amazing stay. Great, free breakfast. Lovely spacious and new rooms. It’s easy to see that the hotel is fairly new - everything is nice, new and clean. Loved the rooms and especially the bed, which is very high quality. Only small minus, is that the parking is very expensive - $27 per night is high, but since that hotel is soo great, that’s just a minor thing.

I am proud to have such a wonderful hotel in my neighborhood. I stayed at several hotels because of the construction of the house, and staying at Hyatt Place was very special. I was very touched by the professional, kind, and caring Hyatt Place staff. I especially appreciated Lia Santos' kind service. I would highly recommend this place if anyone visits Pasadena in the future. The breakfast buffet is also great, and there are clean and wonderful swimming pools and gyms. I have to stay at the hotel for 2-3 more weeks, and I am relieved by the Hyatt Play and the great staff. Hyatt Place will remain an unforgettable memory in my life.

I was a little disappointed by the room size and breakfast. The variety of the food served at the breakfast seemed to have reduced to a
minimum compared to the Hyatt standard, and the quality of the food was average. The room is small for 3 people, and there is not much room to move around. I probably will not stay here again if I come to Pasadena next time.

The Parking garage procedure, was a pain for my Sr father. We don't understand why the key card could not be used to enter and exit the garage.

Staff were very nice. Super close/walking distance to shopping.
Kind of a pain to go in and out of parking as we had to call the attendant each time to give them our parking number since we were staying over night. No jacuzzi :( breakfast was good. I appreciated the oat milk option as that is very rare. No flavored coffee creamer and coffee is only out during breakfast. Bolton always has hot chocolate, coffee and tea available all day. Some even have apple cider. I paid more than $100 more than my friends that stayed at a different hotel but the convenience of breakfast and friendlyness of staff was great.

In the heart of downtown Pasadena. Conveniently only 20 mins from Universal Studios. Enjoyed our stay very much. Free breakfast.

I was there for 9 nights for work. The breakfast was good, there were plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The only bummer was the cost of overnight parking, and the pool was a little disappointing - small and shallow.

Wonderful experience. The staff who checked me in was very kind and friendly. The room was clean and neat. Will stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Getting woken up every morning and asked if I was checking out was super unpleasant. However, knowingly, the staff were kind and understanding.

Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. The only thing I can ding them on is that they did not service my room on the 1st day but did service it the remaining days of my stay.
